SONIC Drive-In

I often have trouble opening the app. It can take a while to load sometimes. And I havent seen a deal since I first joined like 4 months ago (except the basic kids meal deal). Kind of disappointing.

This app is easy to use and I like the specials but my favorite part is being able to store the reloadable gift card. There are times I may not have money for lunch and then I remember about my Sonic gift card. Sonic is down the street from my job so I'm able to swing in use the app to pay for my food and lunch is served

I have deleted the app & downloaded several times. It will not send me a verification code. I went to local sonic & they don't know what to do to make it work. Very disappointed but, I want to receive the text messages & I am sad that I don't.

I mainly use the Sonic app for the coupons. Occasionally I'll pay with it but that requires putting money on a prepaid Sonic card and then paying with that. You can't pay directly with your credit or debit card = - 1 star.

Not worth it. I get the free tots coupons and wacky pack over and over. You have to buy gift cards in order to pay with app. It's easier to just swipe tour card at stall. Will delete when I use up balance. App delays quite a bit when trying to pay.

Doesn't really do much except give useless wacky pack deals. Also, the wait time at Sonic is incredibly slow and they always mess up my order. Why do I like them again?

You can't just pay with a credit card. That would make too much sense. Let's make our customers make an extra inconvenient step and add a gift card, and then use that gift card to pay. I almost forgot this is suppose to be a fast food restaurant. Convenience was not on SONIC's mind when they made this app.

Deserves zero stars!!!!! I gave app a chance for months! It is ALWAYS slow when at the stall trying to pay. Doesn't tell you you'll be charged a fee for reloading. This morning, I reloaded 15.00, and they charged me 16.23 TWICE! THAT'S RIGHT, DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! Save yourself a headache & swipe the card. There is NO incentive for using this app if it constantly steals!!! COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes it's slow to load but that could also be a result of my phone/network. Good app and concept. I would like to be able to order food without reloading the gift card.

Can't get verification email or text wth is the issue kinda like the horrible food at my location just like the lime-aids and ice-cream. Guess I'll just delete pretty useless without the deals or rewards.

You dont pay through the app, you pay for a gift card with your debit card which you then apply to your account. I only downloaded this app because I forgot my card at home and this store doesn't accept android pay

This is the stupidest most inconvenient app. Why can't I just pay with my credit card or with Google wallet or something. Why the hell do I have to first buy a gift card then use that? Stupid.

Jan 2017: for the past 2 months I have been unable to use the app for payment, as it gets stuck "processing payment". I cant find my Sonic card, yet have a high balance that I cant seem to use because of the app problem. Until this is fixed, I have adjusted my rating. I have emailed this problem with no response or seeming app fix. I have been a patron of sonic for over 43 years. I miss the cute straw animals of past years (wish they'd bring those back). I

Unlike other food apps that allow you to order and pay from the app prior to getting to the restaurant, this one does not. Only reason I use an app is to get the family's order correct, paid for, and it be ready when I arrive so I just pick up and go.

I loaded a gift card for convenient pay but for the last month the app keeps encountering a "please try again later" error. Now I can't access the balance on my gift card anymore.

This is a great app especially when at Sonic that has crappy visa pay slots that don't work. I WISH they offered a small drink or something other than tots for reload rewards. Waste. I never use them.

I went to redeem my slush and the whole thing disappeared, reloaded and I was unable to get my reward. Not real cool

Love the slushes & blasts. I'd like the blasts to be added to the 1/2 off menu. Also, please bring back the funnel blasts & use actual fudge. It's thicker!

I am deleting. It wouldn't even let me join. Then I read reviews. It doesn't do what I wanted anyway. I wanted to be able to pay from my phone using my card (not a sonic card).

This is sooooooo freakin' easy to use! I haven't tried this app out, yet. But when I get ALOOOOOOOT of xtra money! Then, I'll try it out!

Frikkkin sonic better hire some new app geeks to fix this nightmare. Sonics greasy crap isn't worth all the chit I've gone through trying to get a deal on it. Everything loads too slow and you can't view prices

I have a s6 active and my dad sent me a card and it will in no way let me add it.

Love the new happy hour, wish it was everywhere from 2-5. Love the coupons that I can redeem on the app. Wish they always had plenty of real strawberries when I order the real strawberry fruit slush!

It told me I had a free slush when I downloaded the app and I wasn't able to redeem it because it disappeared and it said it didn't expire until March 8

I love the sonic app! I got a free medium slushy for free because I signed up.

The app is really easy to use, it could use more free stuff. Who doesnt love free Sonic stuff, or Sonic in general, keep uo the great work.

Like the sonic app alot..But I hate how slow it moves sometimes but overall love the coupons and extras I get just having the app...Side note: Tired of getting the free tots with adding on to my sonic card, change it already

Screen goes to advertising in the middle of app still loading. Employees don't know how to use it.

Dosent work. The email coupons i get when i go to view them they are not on my app.So i dont get to enjoy the deals.

I think it's good and bad because I only got one coupon I use that one coupon 6

Only shortfall is that it doesn't allow for including tip.

I ordered the come to look at the coupon I clicked redeem now then it ask me to rate the app I select maybe later and it deleted my coupon. Did a five year old program this game

Great concept...very convenient...similar to Starbucks in that you reload your account. Missing some integration with the stall interface but overall has great potential
