Please fix this and let me login and ill give a better rating. It takes more than 5minutes to sign in and it is unending. Cant wait forever to sign in.

I bought something from the market worth 244 apples but you guys took 344 apples. Also, I don't know where to confirm my order since there's no note or anything. Game ripes me off on the apples, you will never make money on the game. If there was no stars I would pick that, app doesn't even deserve 1 star.

As of 1 March 2016, I still cannot find any privacy policy with regards to the verification process. For the verification process, I had to give my photo, my address, my email? Why? I can only safely assume that the developer will eventually sell your information to third parties to fund himself when cashing out. I would like to be debunked, but given the lack of privacy policies, I will remain skeptical.

I'm still curious about this app. It's not too hard to get the apples, I just leave my tablet on all day. Still waiting for the verification process to finish. I can understand why they need so much info. While they are connected with PayPal, they need to make sure the same person isn't running multiple accounts. Even if that person was connecting all those accounts to the same PayPal address, this is a better way to verify. Think about all the info you had to give to PayPal to get an account.

Edit: someline contacted me after all, and resolved my problem with authentication. I will finish verification process and try to make a redraw, I'll see what happens. FAKE! When I reached the amount to redraw, they asked to verify my account. I even submitted my personal details. At the end of the day they just disabled me to login to my account, by just giving me the message AUTHENTICATION FAILED. I tried to change my password, even wrote to them about a month ago, and still nothing. So: FAKE!

Phone and email verifications is is okz....even identity verification is fine... But location too.... Why so much process for the verification...??? I don't get it.

I understand the need of email and phone number. There is a paypal verification already so why do we have to submit identity card and location, are you a legit company ?

I can open my acct in apple but I can't do it here in android...whats the problem,I have internet connection but why it is I cant open it..
