Doorman Package Delivery

Finally a way to get packages when I know I will be home! No more shlepping to the post office to get missed packages or worrying about things getting stolen outside my door. I love doorman!!

I use this service all the time in NYC as I don't have a doorman and love me some packages. It's been flawless so far and provided a much needed service.

I'll start this review by saying I LOVED DOORMAN. It was a service much needed in a city where package theft is high and many buildings don't allow easy access for couriers besides USPS. Was going to leave 3 stars originally simply for the lack of updates to the Android app over iOS. It never allowed driver ratings or previews the packages, two things that are crucial to this service. However at this point I'd give 0 stars if I could. Last week they gave all users ONE WEEK notice that the service is shutting down. I couldn't even stop the packages en route that quickly, and who knows what else will be lost in this shuffle. As one of their very loyal and high usage customers, I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Very unprofessional. What a way to go out... RIP DOORMAN

Used it NY, worked great, dropoff was in the window they gave, CS was helpful, price is really good for what you get, 5 stars all the way!

Not enough usable features for any meaningful functionality. Who likes manually scrolling through unpaginated lists?

Accurate time window for deliveries and great support offered via email. Responsible agents making deliveries that will keep in touch with you when they are almost at location.

The service and app are pretty good but not perfect. Occasionally they lose track of packages and have to be nudged. I wish the app didn't make me enter my password so often. Still, despite its flaws, dealing with Doorman is incomparably better than dealing with UPS or ontrac or having your packages stolen.

The Doorman delivery people are often in a great mood, which tells me that management is doing something right! Package delivery has become so much more convenient because of them. Just like everyone else, I've had some packages stolen, and Doorman has been so great in solving this major problem.

I LOVE Doorman! Been using it for quite sometime now. I no longer worry about getting my packages on time. I have a busy random retail schedule so it is hard for me to be home to receive my packages. Doorman makes it easy for me to schedule and set a date and time that works for me!

The app does exactly what it promises to do. And the company itself is very well-run: the people who answer the phone are always bright, knowledgeable and anxious to help. The guy who delivered the package last night was really helpful. And the UPS Store is run by jerks who charge too much. What's not to like?

I don't have a doorman at my apartment building so i always miss my packages. This is exactly what I needed! Been with them since they started up in Chicago.

Doorman has overall been pretty great. Having stuff shipped to me used to be stressful and hard, and now it's relatively easy. I wish they had slightly more flexibility in delivery times, but overall I am very satisfied.

Crappy customer service. UPDATE: 2/2/17; This app has been a godsend in a city where everyones packages are getting stolen! Shop confidently online knowing you WILL get your packages...on your terms!

Upon using the app the first time I had a lot of questions, I wanted to get the moat out of the experience and was curious about future possibilities.... I never communicate all of that exactly for the customer service representative was overwhelming accommodating with her info. I definitely using this app/service for my must-have, personal deliveries.

Once I figured out the app the service was exactly as advertised. Efficient and professional. Exactly what I wanted in a delivery service. Customer Service was stellar. No more worrying about Porch Pirates running off with my packages!

I love this app!I work until 615pm during the week,and 99% of the time my packages are delivered during the day. My building doesn't have a gate or doorman, so they are left in the open for anyone to steal...which had happened before. I now send all my packages to my designated address, and don't worry anymore!

Great service, and I love not having to worry about packages sitting in my entry way. Very fast, accurate updates on my packages, the delivery people are always friendly and the app is very easy to read and use. I highly recommend it, especially if you live in an apartment or condo building without an actual real life door person.

Great service! iOS app is a bit better. We had several packages stolen from the lobby of our building, and having them signed for and dropped off while we're home is so good for our peace of mind.

Much needed when you live in a place where package aren't handled well and if your work hours are the same as mailmen's.

I shouldn't have to work around the schedule of postal workers. Thanks!

I was really excited when I saw this but apparently the app does nothing. Cannot connect to server, only thing it does.

Love the app. Can't live without it. I just hate when I get an oversized package alert. Even with a Silver subscription I get charged $20 for a package 75+ inches. It can be up to $50! The whole month of deliveries only costs $19...

Forced to download it via Casper. Then informed me after the fact it would charge almost $100 to deliver large packages.
