Advanced Support for Samsung

Once the tech guy had access, how do I know it is off now? There's no off option and I can't find it in the application manager.

What does this do but use up my storage..I haven't used new apps and somehow I'm losing data..

I was very much helped by this app! You can see everything that the tech is doing with your phone while still speaking to them. When you are really stuck or you really fouled up something, it's the Verizon tech team to the rescue! Question though; when you're done with the app and the problem is resolved should you uninstall the app until you need it again?

Had so many problems with Samsung that it is so pitiful. I really hated it. at times I was about to pull my hair out and throw the phone out the window. you tried to take and speak a text some of the words would be taking the place of what it should be and I would not dare even repeat those words they were very vulgar. It's a shame that you have to look at your text message and read it before you send it. I was totally disgusted with them. Pastor Bill

I accidentally deleted my texts between my girlfriend and myself. Well now I have a backup app. So I can retrieve my deleted text messages. If I only knew I needed to back it up? Unfortunately for myself. It's all gone. Like tears in rain.

I wasn't getting my emails, called customer service the tech resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes and walked me through the process if it should ever happen again. Awesome service!

The Persinger system isn't updated yet and it won't let customer support help or do what thru need to. So when it's updated I'll update and give better rating.

Very nice professional customer service lady named Cheryl did a marvelous job helping me. I love the way they can remote into my phone and show me how to do what I need. It's so much better been waiting on the phone for someone to be available. Love it.

It might be a good app for the galaxy 6 but as far a verizons customer service, they didn't even make an effort resolving my issues.

Absolutely helped me out! This allowed the rep to get into my phone and find and fix my phone without having to leave my house!

I had a problem with blocking numbers

My Techs name was Ramon, I wish I could speak with His Boss and get Him a RAISE !!!!!! :-) He helped me with a couple of things I didn't even realize !!! :-)

Tech took control and fixed the issue

Samsung Galaxy S6...Excellent app, the tech had me download this, and then remotely accessed my phone and did what I needed done while I watched her do everything on my phones screen...very happy with the outcome!

I don't understand alot about technology but this app was the greatest. The tech did it all for me. Well worth it!!!

Cannot move app to my page

I was trying to read the tos b4 accepting which kept timing out after 3 sec. I had to keep going back into it 4x to try to read. After the 4th try my phone just went to my screen w my icons and the VZN tech coach stated that he was into my phone WITHOUT me accepting or declining the app. He kept insisting I HAD accepted and allowed him in, there was no other way. MY HAND WAS NOT EVEN ON THE SCREEN. IMPOSSIBLE!! This app has an issue w it that must be fixed !! DELETED
