I just tried and Top-Up RM 50 into my account via Maybank2u, bank showed amount deducted but my account is 0, pls assist ASAP!

1. Credit cannot be used across councils. 2. Why can't the council absorb the FPX chg of RM1 if the council seriously want to save paper?

The only reason I don't use this app regularly is because we have to pick our location when buying coupon / time. What happens if I have to go somewhere while the time is still active? Is it considered unusable?

The minimum top-up value of RM 10 is too high for a light user like me. And on top of that you need to pay RM 1 for transaction fee? This convenience is too expensive considering were cutting cost for the council in long run and making officers life easier.

This app so far so good, I think if u can add a features where user can update location when they move to another parking lots at same concil while the coupon times still active. The officer can see today records which log all the locations where user vehicles start start parking and last location parking. Hope this idea make good sense, thank for your best afford of developing this app

Idea apps ni dah ok. Senang nak guna dan tak perlu susah2 beli kupon. Cuma perlu tambahkan lagi kawasan Majlis Perbandaran selain yang ada sekarang ni. Lagi satu, tolonglah uptodate UI apps ni. Itu saja. Keep up good work

Would be perfect if 5, 6, 7 & 8hrs options are available. For example, start at 8.00am until 1.00pm, 2.00pm and so on which if select pay 1 day will be over paying.

Very convenient app to pay parking, no hassle to rush out of office just to go to parking machine. When will be able to topup using credit card?

Good apps which deliver it's purposes. However UI is really ugly. Could be better.

Easy to use app. Less keystrokes to conclude the parking transaction (provided have enough credit balance). More local council areas will be beneficial to users.

Apps work fine and easy to use after set up, but the graphic is outdated and the pop up message at every login reminding how much paper is saved is very annoying. And my feature request is to automatically key in parking location based on GPS data and login using fingerprint on supported device (Edit for version 4.1) My comment concerning the outdated graphic still stay. The transition between interface is unintuitive. I kindly insist the development follow Google material design guidelines for future GUI update.

Finally start using after finish all my coupon.Question- if i havent finish my time, but i drove to different area but still in same council area, is it ok? example, kota kemuning than drove to gleanmarrie. Please get subang, puchong & petaling jaya too...

Aplikasi yg Bagus. Tp rasanya kami sebagai pengguna dikenakan pelbagai caj yg Agak melampau. Dah la beli topup guna bank servis caj rm1.. kad top up kena lak bayarkan 21.20 total rm22.20. Masa nak parking kena lak caj lagi 6% gst. Apakah pilihan yg ada kalau kami x nak gunakan bank servis yg caj nya rm1 tu? 1.20 extra caj top up tu utk apakah? Gst jugak? Kalau cam tu pengguna servis ni kena 12% gst caj ke? Beli top up 6% kena + nak parking lg 6%...? jgn bebankan pengguna wahai kerajaan yg budiman.

Please try enhance it.. the max hrs is only up to 8hrs it is troublesome to relogin and pay again.

Very convenient. However, please consider alarm feature and auto renewal to a max limit determined by user. Or alternatively, the renewal cancels once the user starts driving. Also, the user interface is dated. Otherwise, this is so so much better than the previous methods.

Can't get past the registration process. The developer is likely the same as MPAJ's coz when I clicked 'forgot password', lo and behold it was my MPAJ app that suddenly requires relogin. Weird.

I install the app and reload yesterday wait half hour can't get then try reload today still the same . I'm using maybank online . Dunno is the maybank or this app problem. Frustrated

Good apps. Would like to suggest to enable user to set time to activate the topup. And instead of showing popup for paper saving, just display at the bottom of the page. Good job guys!

GPS tunjuk location betul, tapi dalam colum pilih nama jalan tak ada nama jalan itu, setiap kali perlu taip nama jalan, dan tak ada cursor untuk kita tau kat mana nak edit nama jalan.
