ALPA LLN 4 Retail

The ALPA LLN 4 Retail app is a customized Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) training and assessment tool that has been specifically optimized for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 device. The App includes assessment tools that are based on the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF). The app is contextualized for remote retail workplaces that employ ESL staff and encompasses practical retail LLN training tools including customized checklists for Food Safety Audits and workplace WHS Hazard inspections. The app also includes a customized low literacy Food Safety Training Manual that was developed in conjunction with the ALPA RTO & Retail Operations Teams.
