Crashes all the time. Very disappointing. Haven't even used once. Uninstalling it right away.

This app no longer seems to remember my log in data which is a real pain, the box is still ticked for that. It's not like my borrower number is handy to learn! Please please fix this!

Doesn't work with Samsung s7 can't open it.

Please add a feature that highlights reserved books that are ready to collect. Or tells you clearly the books that are ready to collect.

This was a 5 star excellent app which allowed me to read ebooks, extend and reserve books really and quickly but now nothing is working since the latest update? Please please fix this!

A quick and easy way to borrow books and manage your loans. A really useful app.

Simplifies ordering books and checking catalogue

This a rare example of an app doing what it's supposed to without unnecessary features or performance issues. I particularly like being able to review my loans and renew books. For future updates it would be good if there was an option in the app to ring your home library, for example when needing to ring to renew a book.

Using a LG G3 running Lollipop. Loads my current loans but will not let me scroll down so cannot renew any books beyond top the 3 in the list. Worked fine on Sony M2 running Kit Kat.

Can order books, see where in stock and renew books instantly. Brilliant app.

Worked perfectly on nexus 4 but cannot register card in nexus 6.

Unable to login using Galaxy Alpha. Says I have the wrong credentials yet I managed using the browser. Rubbish app.

Can't even open it....

Takes an age to load and then a further age to do a search or whatever. No way to filter search results, so if you search for, say, Germany you'll get fiction, art, travel, all in one long result. It's easier just using the website. Uninstalled.

App works exactly the way I expect it to - am always able to search for books, reserve and extend loans without any issues

Looking forward to an updated version - what this obviously needs is access to the catalogue and users' library accounts.

Accidently left application open and it drains the battery whilst running in background!

This worked really well before a recent update. Now doesn't show my current loans, so I can't check expiry or renew. Hopeless.

Easy to use, reliable app that makes my library accessible whenever and for whatever! Doesn't work as a membership card to take out books in library.

Used to be quite good but after the last update it doesn't even open. Please fix.

Unfortunatly not a good app, to get full use, have to install another scanner that wants access to personal info like history. Uninstalling. Brilliant update, scanner bundled in finally. So glad i waited for update. This will be a well used app! Spoke too soon, now not storing my loans, will keep this for accessing catalogue only, wanted it to be great. :-/

This app is a great idea, but it would be even more useful if it could handle multiple accounts, so I can keep track of my kids books as well. It would be extremely handy for identifying stray books when it is time to return them.

Very slow, clunky, crashes alot. Screen flickers. Useful functions but badly programmed app.

Worked well on ICS, but crashes every time I get to the 10th digit of my borrower number whilst trying to login on Jelly Bean...fix please!

Would probably be ok if it worked on 3G, as only three libraries have wifi access and this is a requirement for the app to work! :(

I haven't had a fine since I got this app. It's great for randomly checking what I've borrowed and renewing. Often can't reserve though, have to log on to a PC to do that which is a little irritating.

Worked well for a few months but now gets stuck at the loading screen.

Works well on Asus Transformer on ICS.

Loading, loading...................... Waited for 1 hour, but didn't load. So finally uninstalled

Great improvement from before. Renew and reserve books easily plus the barcode for my membership, fab!
