Really stable app that provides access to books on loan and also books that are being reserved. You can renew loaned books, check availability of books and library opening hours. The only down side that I have found is that when searching for a book the picture of the front cover is always either distorted or non-existant.

Pure crap doesn't work at tall waste of my time

doesn't work :( the initial page goes away and leaves a plain black screen. please fix it?

Doesn't work. Picture of the Mitchell Library then a black screen that doesn't change.

Installed and it displayed initial picture then a black screen !!!

As a frequent library goer this app is perfect for me.

Can now scroll in loan list and. return to previous page without crashing. Thanks for sorting these issues :)

Great app, and works fine on a tablet, but there's two bugs it has on phones that spoil it. First, you can't scroll down and see you all of your loans and reservations. Second, whenever you want to go back a step after checking your loans and reservations, the whole app crashes. Would be a five star app if not for these bugs.

But can't scroll to the bottom of my loans page. This is a recent bug.

You can't scroll down to see the full itinery of books loaned and if you try to exit loan section the app no longer works and you have to uninstall then reinstall. Could be great but in its current form it's a waste of time

Trying to create a user with a pin so I can use app. On the website there seems to be an area for creating a user name. Not sure if this is the same thing. Anyway it won't let me because it says 'information doesn't match' or something.

It no longer works since the library online catalogue has been "upgraded". Why try to fix something that wasn't broken and up breaking everything?

Woudnt open first time downloaded. 2nd time kept crashing. Now v v slow & wont seem to work with screen enlargement. Not very usefull at all.

I dont need to carry or use my library card anymore .. this app does it all . Now I even use the app to check my bookings , check my borrowing and even extend it longer . Keep in touch with events within my local library , find books, find the closest local library and navigate to it and more ..

Well after months of being unable to log in - due to an issue that my card had a number 7 digit within it, and despite contacting support in January with a fix promised within a week, it has finally arrived. Signed in ok.... But somethings missing.... Ahhhh the bar code, which means I can't use the app when I'm in the library... So again it's back to using the old tried & tested method of handing my library card. Not really progress is it?

Only the lack of automated reminder when books are due back stops thos being 5 stars. A must for anyone who has ever used a glasgow library.

Crashes whenever I try to type in my Borrower ID (Galaxy Nexus v4.1.1) Would be useful if due dates and reservation availability were notified to users.

Slow to start up, slow to run - even with a wifi connection. If you accidentally tap the icon and try to stop it (or accidentally hit 'back' when opening it) it locks up even a dual-core galaxy s2 it runs the processor so hard. The barcode feature for your account is useless as most smartphone screens are too bright for the lasers at library desks to use.

Would like a notification function for due dates.

Let me renew my book and avoid a fine, so I was happy. It's a little slow and I'd have liked a function to notify you the day before your due date but there doesn't seem to be one.
