slow, not user friendly and can't even go beyond changing quantity of item. Uninstalled it in less than 30 minutes.

Was told to activate my PLC card but I can't even do my selection (type of pet) while activating! Took me more than 30mins but still fail to activate my card. Really frustrating!

The app basically redirects you to functions that are already available on the website and mobile site. Disappointing. So much untapped potential here. Examples of functions the app DOES NOT have, but SHOULD: Save profile, online shopping, favorite products list for one-click delivery with timeslot selection, easy voucher redemption online using QR code to scan at the physical shop, special app-only offers when you show phone to staff, nearest PLC, etc.

This is not an app. It is just a glorified micro web version and slow as hell. You also need to key in your card details everytime and that is a turn off.
