It's nice to have an app to schedule payments, but it doesn't allow you to see what payments are already scheduled. Since Comenity doesn't allow automatic debit withdrawals and restricts you to only scheduling a payment within 30 days, I often check back to make sure I have each monthly payment scheduled properly. I'll still have to use the website for that unless they add the feature to the app.

It is easier to use the online version, the apps doesn't seem to function constantly.... Very Unreliable
