LOFT Card

It never opens all the way. It's just a white screen with a pink banner at the top and bottom of the screen with "Back" and "Forward" on it. I have a Nexus 5x with the latest Android OS updates. I can't remember the last time this app worked properly. Really frustrating.

This app is so buggy. It won't open your statements. Have the time you can't login here or their website! I mean really do you want my money or not? Near useless.

Too many bugs, not user friendly, does not support auto payment, every time you push the back button it signs you out - in summary: TERRIBLE

Says I don't have an account put in all the correct Info ... It's bad I'm uninstalling

Signed up then when I went to sign in it said I didn't have an account. I think they're just fishing for info to sell.

This app is garbage. It takes a century to load, and I couldn't give a rat's a** about 0%APR deals to pay off credit card debt, when all I want to do is pay my bill. You are forced to click on it to proceed to the main menu, and that's when the app will actually load. Don't waste your time.

Poorly made app. Each time I try to access my rewards card, it shuts down. Had to leave the store multiple times without using it. Useless, pointless. Just another headache to deal with because loft stopped emailing the cards. Despite asking for help, no one responds, what exactly is the point of a review?

I hate this app. I downloaded it so I could pull up my loft rewards since they aren't sent over email... Again. Well, now they won't display in the app either and most of the time it doesn't work.

Every time I try to access my rewards cards, the app crashes. I left the store yesterday without being able to use my $20 reward, and I was very disappointed.

Its always a problem, I have my rewards and this app never works went I needed. I am angry.

Design itself is fine and it's pretty easy to use. However, nine times out of ten it won't let me make the monthly payment on the card - I'm guessing it's supposed to be possible since it does work on a blue moon. Wi-fi and phone connections in every Loft store I've ever been in is terrible so I've rarely been able to use the digital card to pay in the store, or be able to check other local stores for item availability if where I am doesn't have the size/color I need. I'm not deleting the app but it is fussy and has limited use.

Does not work. Phone app useless because wifi in the store I buy at does not work. I need a printable Rewards Card.

Can't login at all with the same account details that work with on my laptop. Please redesign or remove the app completely from the store.

Why does it need to have access to my photos and emails? No thank you, I will just log in online like normal.

Asks constantly if i want to allow access to my location despite saying no... 7 times within one use of the app just to check my balance! Needs some serious tweaking, guys. Look at the reviews!

I can't log into the Mastercard, just has a blank screen. I have tried uninstalling and re-adding the app but it still does not work. Very frustrating...

90% of the time I can't use the app to make a payment on the card, now it isn't showing my updated balance. This is useless.

The permissions say this app can "add or modify calendar items and send email to contacts without owners knowledge". NO THANKS SIS.

Cannot register

I'm having trouble logging in. Each time I try, the screen is blank. If I do make it to the login page, the page will not allow me to submit my password. Pretty disappointing because I usually make all my payments from the app...

It's nice because you get your rewards sooner than if I waited for them in the mail. -1 week vs. 6 weeks

Can't get anything to come up for MasterCard, after signing in, screen is just blank. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache and data, still nothing. Shame since I have a ton of rewards cards I'm keeping track of!
