Sole overall is just down right crappy. I cant wait to find a better service

Very helpful, customer service is nice , but too many fees

You get a $6 charge just to withdrawl money from an atm, worst card ever..

The problem is sole do not read what people are saying about this app which makes it easy to find a better one for they have not fixed anything that would make people stay.

Worst deposit company ever DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

It's basic. Was difficult to get logged in, but overall it's just okay.

Cant use this card to even rent movies from red box pos

It's not difficult at all csr is very friendly u can setup your card easily and there are no hidden cost

These people charge you for for everything. Horrible they way they do people. 3.00$ charge to tell me I can't spend my money on line to buy things. Yea ok account closed 3 years using these darn people.

I've had this card for the last 6 jobs I had. Never had any problems. Easy to access your amount and transaction history. Transferring money is a bit confusing and can be refined, but other than that, it works pretty well!

Can't use it anywhere.. Gets declined at the golf course, when I just pulled cash of the atm.. Can't use it online, at the pump, etc. Uber said for me to check the card because it was telling them it wasn't real

Not only are you the worst pay card for employers to use period, your app is just as broken as your over the phone service.

I absolutely HATE this card/company!! 1st off i cant even log into my app bc it has locked me out (for what reason i have not 1 clue) 2nd if you plan to speak to ANYONE over the phone you better call the exact min they open or you will be waiting till the next day dont save ur spot in line bc u will regret it!! 3rd my pin is correct and its always telling me its not so i have to constantly TRY to talk to someone over the phone ive only had this card for 1 pay period the next is a day away and ONLY PROBLEMS

Ive been trying to just set up my account and it keeps saying my birthday is invalid. Im pretty sure i know when my birthday is guys.

Never loads transaction history, when attempting to log in makes you change your password because the website and app have different password requirements. Horribly done app

The only thing i dont like about this card is that it cost way to much to take money out unless you take it out of a Huntington atm in a getgo gas station it charges 6-7 dollars which adds up

This is where my employment check is deposited and any other direct deposits. The mobile access makes it so accessible, control over your money amywhere and anytime.

Everytime I try to check my account it pops of authentication error. So I have no idea what's going on.

After u sign in it keeps saying a have a 0 balance. Please fix. I have to reinstall every time I want to check my balance...

I can never ever check my transaction history, it always comes up blank no matter what. Needs a fix.

Never have had an issusr with it always works n always updates to current amont of money in account right after the transaction

It's a glitchy mess. For whatever reason, it won't let me view my account history. Whenever I click account history, it gives me the loading symbol, and then a blank white box where my purchase history should be.

The app does what it is supposed to do, it gets the job done. Took me a while to figure out how to logout as I didn't see a logout button. You go to Account Info and there is the logout button.

If u have to use this card I feel sorry for u. Been having problems with it since day one. Then all my money DISAPPEARED. I'm still looking for my last check

App just randomly STOPS working and you can't get ahold of customer service representative

It's cool. Don't get the text notifications it's .25 all the time.. Ridicules!!

App will not let me review my transaction history. Tried to uninstall and download again, but still did not work.

Every time I try to log in on the app it tells me my username is invalid. I literally just signed in under the same name on the website.

I didn't want this card, this app, or this service. These jerks charge you to receive your paycheck while making money off of you money. It costs $2 across two days to initiate transfers for one paycheck from this useless account to my actual bank account. Their idea of service is a cruel joke. I think I may change employers because I hate this pay service so much.

It's not terrible, it was working fine until a month ago now I can't see my history hopefully it gets fixed but minus that it's better then calling

Requires a different account from the web app with different rules for passwords. Has limited options (can't transfer to alternative bank) etc.
