SolarEdge Monitoring

Our app is showing real time data turn on a heat lamp and it shows on app turn it off and power usage drops. Love it, this is what we wanted all along. Not 4hr or 15min updates. I dont know what you did but dont change it back.

Latest update appears to have stopped the information being display on the app. Last data download was the 1st May. Have un-installed the app and installed again but problem stills exists. Will keep on trying but losing patience with it.

Seems to work so far. I notice there are no notifications; our inverter had a fault and it was only a week later that I happened to be checking the website dashboard. I would like the option to be notified of no power generation data is received over a specified period. I suggest the period be user-defined.

I've been using this since December 2016, and I still rate it 5 stars. It gives me 90% of what I want, and the price is right! Our installer had their own app, which this blows the doors off of... They didn't mention it, I had to figure all that out on my own, including setting up my site myself. Wish list:. A widget that shows current output (kW), and daily total output (kWh)... yeah, I check it that often! Gripe: The graphics in the Play Store show consumption statistics as well as production, but I don't get any usage information. I assume that my utility (SDGE) doesn't offer it, but who is to know?

Stopped working after update. Non updated apps on other devices work fine. So must be the update. Have found If you uninstall then reinstall function Is restored.

I would like to have the ability to change the total power beginning and end date to match my power companies billing period. That way I can get a better idea of what I'm producing during my billing cycle.

Was working fine for a year.. then last update ruined it. Stops working for a few days every week or so.

Great app for keeping tabs on your solar panels. Update: 19th March. App stopped working for a couple of days but working again now.

I can no longer get access to the layout view on two different devices. Also the initial startup takes about 30 seconds. I do like the reporting and data provided by the app.

Don't have consumption data...only production data....would be nice to see both....Central Hudson need to give that to compare....once I get that will give 5 stars...

It's ok..I really wish it would update more than ever 4 hours. My inverter went out and I didn't know until 7 hours later. By then it was after 5pm and I couldn't call for service until the next day.

Hope you guys add hourly breakdown for energy like daily, monthly and yearly production.

It only works a little. Results per panel used to work but lately not anymore. Widget is rubbish, never up to date. Getting messages from privacy guard that it is trying to access my personal data.

Well designed dashboard, loads quicky. Update from may introduced a bug, when you load app current power reading is correct but cumulative counters are wrong until I do a manual refresh

1 star lost as not able to amend price per unit generated. Otherwise app gives me a good range of stats going back several years and has been stable.

Hasn't updated since 4/20/17. Called, still not fixed. Very disappointing because I'm out of town and don't know if the solar is even working correctly.

Not updating on regular basis... will at times go for a day or so with no updates of data which is rather frustrating. No consumption data on mine either

Good presentation however i would add some more statistical info like min max avg data when looking at week month year. Also need to have available the setting to adjust price per unit and location. Make it more user friendly.

We use this app to show our friends how much electricity our panels are generating at any given time. We think it's great! Our location is Southern Missouri.

Nice overall but needs 3 things to make it great. 1. Refresh data button on all screens. 2. Set default view in settings for day, week, month graph. 3. Fix the position of the zoom buttons on the panel layout page.

Stopped working as of 9th June was wondering if it is a fault at my end or at Solar Edge

Rubbish, I cannot see how much I consume like City Solar app which is more advanced and professional

Lost 9 months of data. Not saving new data. Uninstalled & reinstalled, still doesn't work.

Good app but the fact you can't change the kwh price is a bit weird. I like the widgets.

No up to date information. Doesn't show individual panel information. Useless app.

When it works it's great, sadly that's not all the time. Functionality is limited, no consumption data?

Just stopped working, reinstalling it did nothing.

Since upgrading to the latest version I get no information all graphs are 0. Latest upgrade today hasn't fixed the issue.

Good app, but doesn't regularly update. On average the system shows two to three snap shots a day.

This says designed for phones, but it works on my Galaxy Tab 4.

Widget don't work

Was great til it isn't. Have gotten no information for days. What gives?

Does what it needs to and is nice and clear. Layout view is a little clunky, but info is there. Timeline as per website would be useful, but no major issue. Agree with others that either custom ranges and or billing period options would be good. New widgets appear to work well.

For the amount of money you pay for this solar system you think they would have an app that would give you up to the minute, real time, power output and a lot cleaner and user-friendly interface. You try to refresh it and it still showing two to four hours prior information and will not update. I do not recommend this app but it's only one I've got to use with my system I guess. My friend has a different solar panel system and a much better app with real real time information numbers graphs and charts and he paid less than I did for my solar system.

Used to work fine up until the update on 4th May. Still not working on latest update 12th May
