Unnecessarily complex. I just wanted to scan a document and use the OCR function. I couldn't even find the document after OCR and couldn't find any way to save it. It completely change the formatting of the page and had poor word recognition.

I needed to scan and send a document real quick. I only downloaded this app to use once, in a hurry. It worked great, with no problems.. I held off deleting the app for alittle while, and ended up using it a couple more times, loved it.. I upgraded to the premium service due to a discount and now, I use the app regularly... So convenient..

Their approach to making a "searchable PDF" involves appending additional pages to the end of a PDF with the text on them, not actually embedding the text. I suppose it technically is "searchable", after a fashion... but that's not what I was looking for.

So far, app is good. Better than other I tried. However, either the Scan/Import button needs to move, or the triple bullet Menu button for Scans needs to. If there's more than 1 Scan in a doc, the Scan button completely covers the Menu button of last Scan in doc. The order of scans has to be changed to overcome this. Move the Menu to beside the Scan name. Thx.

I like that it's free. Does what it says. Only thing is its kind of time consuming. Would be better if there was a way to take pics rapidly and edit them later. Would be useful in bookstores lol. Add such a feature for 5 stars.

This is a great scanning app. I use it all the time especially for receipt scanning. Edge detection works well and I love the batch scanning. It's a little slow especially when processing image enhancements but not awful. It would be great if the app had some defaults that could be set like being able to set for smartify to be applied to any new incoming scan instead of having to manually apply that option. Or to set a default third party app to send images to like an expense reporting app.
