About Softworks Self Service App
Softworks time and attendance, scheduling and absence management mobile app allows employees to clock in and out on their smart phones wherever they are and includes their GPS location. To enable this application your business must already use Softworks Solutions.
Using Softworks Mobile Employee Self Service employees can;
• Clock In or Out (with GPS location).
• View rosters /work schedules.
• Book absences and holidays/vacations.
• View balance details in relation to leave entitlements, clocking history and current flexitime balances.
• View Team Calendar.
• Receive email alerts when requests are made, approved or rejected.
Line managers and supervisors can easily view their team’s time sheets and approve or deny absence requests with the click of a button.

This is appalling. Every third day I re-i stalled this. The worst thing is our company use this app to log in and out. Even everything is working fine, this app pops an error message 'no internet connection'.

Initial signs aren't good. I entered the login details I was given and was told I needed to change my password (which makes sense). I was then taken to a change password screen with a black square in the middle with a rotating white worm. It just stayed like that however long I left it. Whilst it's there I can't get into the fields on the form so I can't get any further.
