Time Tracker for Android
Well, I really liked this app, but unfortunately all attempts to restore my database have failed (Google Drive and SD Card). The in-app documentation doesn't indicate how to fix the import process, it simply says "Click the TimeTracker.db" and it'll open. But it doesn't. Serious design flaw. **Update: It turns out "Restore from SD Card" actually means "Restore from Emulated SD Card" and NOT your physical SD Card. A workaround - Open the App -> Select Backup Database (it'll create a new file - be sure to take note of the location on your device) -> Copy your old data to the same location, over writing the file -> Relaunch the app and if your data isn't already there simply restore from SD Card.
Great interface. Perfect for busy professionals
In law I handle wage cases where employees have been cheated out of money, etc., by an employer. To settle, as a matter of policy I require the employer additionally pay my clients' attorneys fees. Therefore, during litigation I keep track of my time for the eventual fee bill the defendant pays. This app is perfect for my limited purposes. I have bought the expensive programs, but since I am not monthly sending out lots of hourly billing statements I don't need an OVERPRICED program or app.
Use it for work.
I am an attorney who specializes in legal writing. I have used this app for about two years. I can identify law firms as my clients, identify their cases as my jobs within those law firm clients, and identify work categories (e.g., pleadings, discovery, motions, appeals) to support billable hours, export it into Excel, and then convert it all into a PDF to attach to invoices. I like that it's not in a cloud. It's private, and I know it. With this form of documentation, my billings are just not questioned. When I suggested they provide an option to record time in tenths of an hour, they responded. This app gives me everything I want, does it reliably and logically, is easy to use, and their service is first class. I send an email, they respond within hours. I also have their Cashbook app, which I use often and easily. Now, I routinely make timely billings on my phone. No excuses. And, because the billings are done timely, I remember and easily include the little things that justify my billings. Not only is there no paper to lose, having the billings and supporting documents/receipts in PDF format permits easy and secure categorization, storage and retrieval. Buy it now.
I've been using it for over 2 years now and love it! Easy to use and full featured enough to allow me to do everything I need. Plus it integrates with my Quickbooks so no more double entry of time! Can't recommend this app highly enough. The only way it could be better is if they developed a web interface where I could access the data from my pc.

Nice, clean, straight forward. Looking forward to see how nice this is to integrate with Quick books accounting. Will upgrade to 5 stars if all goes well.
Since last update, after punching in the timer sometimes doesn't start. That's disappointing.

Using this App for over a year now and I have found it ideal for multiple clients, projects and tasks because I can configure the parameters to be exactly what I require.
I tried others that were either expensive or didn't really understand what accountants, lawyers and consultants need.

Premium user: Job Data entry, details, data export to QB, and reporting is spot on using GNote5. Highly worth the purchase price.

THANK YOU! I've wasted a few hours of my (trackable, billable) time trying to get a time tracking app that works for me. Tried about five different free time tracking apps and they were all terrible. Confusing, poor layouts, bafflingly simple or complex. This app is pretty spot-on. Best three bucks I've spent in a long time. Keep it up!

I work as a consultant in my own company and this software see to that I always can motivate the projects time to my customers!
I handle cases where employees have been cheated out of wages. Those cases are handled on a contingency, the old "no recovery no fee situation." But I still submit a fee bill against defendants who under California law must pay my clients attorneys fees. So I need to keep track of my time for the fee bill submitted at case conclusion. This program is perfect for my limited purposes. Why pay thousands of dollars for those fancy programs when this app will do everything you need.
Very disappointed in having to pay for this before I could try it. Every time recording requires it to be tied to a project. All I wanted was to enter times based on what I decided. Not worth the $4.99 and would like my money back.
Since I am self employed as a seamstress and crafter this app had helped me to be able to price my items more appropriately.
It's a great and useful app but they need to make it where it can switch to over time pay after so much time and where you can make custom date views

Using this app daily, making billing procesd for consulting work much easier than what used previously. Also, lightening fast support.
I do alot of small jobs and constantly move from one to another. It's great at keeping track of where and what I do so I can bill my customers. Tried a couple similar apps but this was the best fit for me.
Looks great so far, I would like to have the option to change currency/hr to currency/unit per client. We wash cars and get payed per car not per hour. Change that option and this app would be perfect!

I've been using Time Tracker since I rooted my HD2 and installed Gingerbread. I had a question today about a new feature and within 15 minutes of emailing support, I had an answer. Not only that, within an hour, there was an update to allow the feature to be turned on or off. In over 13 years running my own IT support company I've never dealt with support for any company as responsive as this! Thanks! Keep up the great work. I use Time Tracker and Mileage Tracker every day with QuickBooks.

Some waste of screen space and slightly too many taps needed, but by comparison with many similar apps it deserves 5 stars.
