I loved it and used it daily for my tiny business. Unfortunately I got a new phone and somehow all data is gone, all my diligent work of tracking everything for nothing. No way to log in to get it back, don't know how to recover from the cloud, no one is answering my emails. If I can get my data back and a response I'd give this 5 stars.....but I really don't like it's not linked to my email or something.....or if it is I can't figure out how.

Truly love this app. By nature, I am a terrible bookeeper, but Cashbook has changed that! Been using 3+ years to account massage practice. Easy to use ledger style.Requires very little time, which is good as I often have back-to-back clients. Simple to track income by client name. Easy exporting to Google Drive. Only reason not rating 5 stars is that without a pinch-zoom feature, the graphs are near impossible to read on a smartphone (Galaxy S3), need to export to computer to view. Change that, get 5 stars!

The date and time controls have been made smarter and there have been many other improvements. Therefore I have added a star! Good overall, but date and time controls need to be smarter especially in the mileage log. "To date" and time should queue off of from fields.

I've been using this app for about a year now and really like it. It was definitely worth the money, but I wish a few things could be improved: 1) would be nice if there was a "memory" to your category items like there is in Quicken for example. So, if I add an expense such as "Fuel," the app would automatically default to the expense type and account type that was last used for that expense. 2) it would be nice if you could sort based on expense type. Again, for example if you wanted to see how much you spent on fuel, if you could sort by just that expense 3) when exporting, could there be a more usable export file format -- something like excel? It could even export in Open Office's excel compatible format which is open source and free. UPDATE 2/18/2013 - Changed my phone to a Moto Razr MaxxHD from an old thunderbolt. Had my data backed up on dropbox and on SD card, but couldn't restore the data on the new phone. Emailed tech support (on a Sun!) and got a response back very quickly. After several emails was clear there was a bug not allowing the restore. They fixed the bug and issued an update the same night. Now I have all my data back. WOW! Great support and great app.

I'm unable to view all of my accounts balances in one single screen. Has a lot of great futures but in my opinion the ability to view all of your accounts in one place is fundamental and that's why is not very helpful to me.

Will not export to excell file in catergory columns, a waste of time as a true cashbook program...DO NOT PURCHASE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED ! ! !.......comes out as crap in excell, no use for a true spreadsheet what so ever...FIX IT..
