Doesn't accept my valid IBM bluemix credentials even after I pass IBM sign on
Get a "Logging in...Bad Response" error when trying to login with IBM id.
Can't even login to the app even thought I have certified my credentials for my ibm ID sorry ibm but you have a long way to go

Couldn't uninstall nor deactivate it. Only googling around found a way to remove it. Why does it need that much rights on my phone???
There are no option to switch accounts

Seems the recent update has fixed the auto login issue. I will keep monitoring this. Good one

The recent update does not save passwords even though I check the option to do that. The app also crashed anytime I update a ticket.

I got this because I'm stuck in a place where I don't have internet this weekend and we've had a crisis. I wanted to be able to deal with ticket conversation back and forth without heading to a cafe each time, or sitting outside of one in the cold at 11 at night! Tried to press the red envelop in the tickets interface to respond, that does nothing. (That said, the support team had been awesome on the server side of things! )

The tickets module, my reason for installing, is not working. I always receive an error. "Server error: Internal error"

I find this app useful but it lacks features. It seems silly to me that every six months softlayer tries changing the UI instead of adding real functionality. Not to mention a year after ICS it still doesn't scale on a tablet.
It is a must if you use SoftLayer. Just wish they could integrate SSL VPN into this somehow.

After the latest update, I can no longer log in. If you use soft layer, this is the best (only) way to access your support tickets on the go (if you can log in, that is). There are lots of other features in the app, but none worked for me, presumably because I was a Planet customer.

The new look is pretty slick. And the new cut and paste feature comes in handy. Keep up the good work!
This app looks nice but (1) no server info because of a "legacy" issue and (2) no account info because of a JSON parsing error.
It works for most functions, but it would be sweet to have notification abilities for things like ticket updates.
Not very feature rich, but does what it does well. Would like to see VPN functionality built in and IPMI functions.

Low quality bar as is experienced with their hosting platform. IBM bluemix is a, "me too" product - a dinosaur of a company jumping into the cloud offering without a clue as to what automation means.
