Den networks complaint redressal system is very poor. Much poorer then any worst government office you ever seen. You would prefer hate yourself rather then calling at their toll free number. I complained 12 times in two months but not a single call back was made by den staff. All they need is your money. All they wish to not to make any complaints still they are launching apps like this. Fraud peoples
