Who we are
Premier Estate is a leading Romanian real estate company, focused mainly on the residential segment. With over 7 years experience, Premier Estate manages a portfolio of almost 1,600 apartments and villas, accounting for approx. 205 million euros. Our company is the exclusive real estate partner for residential projects such as Asmita Gardens, Ibiza Sol, Citadella Titan, 49 Gafencu, Perla Residence, Green City and Residence Du Lac.

What we do
Our company is uniquely positioned in the real estate market, offering integrated services: from consultancy, to marketing and sales strategies & support, project management and brokerage, working closely with the developers throughout the sale and rental process.

Our latest achievements
We are a professional and dynamic company with a top record of achievements in the residential segment:

sales worth of 14 million euros for 136 apartments sold in 2014 (an average of 103,000 EUR / apartment)
sell of the penthouse built at the highest height in Romania (92m from the ground), located on the 25th floor of Asmita Gardens
expansion of our portfolio with two top projects, with a total value of 39 million euro: 49 Gafencu, located in the most exclusive area in Bucharest, close to Herastrau Park and Residence du Lac located in Frumusani, “the new hotspot” in real-estate.
