Updates break it. Very clunky. Poor performance. Usable when it works, but overall not very good. I mean, it's got 3.2 stars currently. You wouldn't order something from Amazon with 3.2 stars.

Feels like a 3 year old programmed this. The old app was so much better. Now I never know how much money I actually have, it never updates and hitting the back button exits the app completely. Really?! Who overlooked that detail? Also, for the past couple years you've been here, I have not been able to use this with Android pay or Samsung pay. GET WITH IT PEOPLE. I could use android pay with Warren so why not you guys? Figure it out.

Used to work until it updated. Now all I get is a logo. Not switching banks but since Warren became Blu everything sucks! Maybe getting to big is not a good thing

App is just okay. It works fine, but lacks a lot of features that can be found in apps by banks. I really wish that Blue would support Android, Apple and Samsung Pay. Both Warren and Community Financial supported them, but post-merger it's gone.

As of 2/8/17 App has not worked for me in over month. I have updated app, tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I can't get past the initial load screen. Please fix, this is a HUGE inconvenience to your members.

Update 2/26 : STILL Won't load past initial screen. I will be moving banks ASAP. Blue doesn't care about the customer experience. Original Review 1/13/2017: Won't load past initialization screen. Useless garbage.

I have had nothing but issues with Blue app since they stopped being Warren FCU. Last time it took weeks to get it fixed. Now it won't even do a mobile deposit. UPDATE: After working for months it locked me out. I called....I don't exist in their system. Seriously!!!! I have a loan and Extreme Checking and I don't exist!!!!

It keeps locking me out even when I haven't even tried to log into it. Everytime I call customer support to get it unlocked they just give me the run around and won't help me unlock it. Very disappointed

The app hasnt opened once since I installed it. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled 100 times and it STILL doesnt work. Not happy for sure.

The mobile deposit is buggy and worthless. Pictures are constantly lost in processing and end up a black screen. By the time you get pictures the app will accept, it has timed out and won't allow the deposit to go through.

This whole bank is a joke! Customer service is horrible. Their app is always jacked up. You won't be able to do a mobile deposit to put your money in the bank but then they'll charge you $30 for you not having money in the bank when it's their fault

The app suddenly stopped working. It won't load passed the initial screen. I've let it sit for 5 mins connected by WiFi and not normal phone data and nothing. Restarted my phone a few times as well. Not sure what happened. Worked fine last night and haven't updated any apps at all. New update..... Still won't go past initial load screen. Seriously?

The chip card rarely works at some stores. Very aggravating and embarrassing . You need to fix quickly or I'll be moving to another bank soon.

First time i used app when they switched to blue I hated it. Then it got better. Now I finally go to rate app and before I did I went to use the app and now it doesn't load. Just sits at the opening screen. Tried rebooting phone and nothing. With all the constant issues... it works... it doesn't I can't rate this app high. Miss the old Warren app. Hope the in bank service doesn't go to crap like app kind of has since switching to blue

I understand a lot of the frustration going on about the changes with Warren, but this app is a great one as far as versatility and functionality. Transfers and payments are easy, and using the app, I haven't needed to go inside of the bank for who knows how long. Login does take a little longer than the Warren app, but not long enough, I think, to merit a1 star rating, unless people's phones just can't pull it up.

Typically credit union app, functionality is terrible. No bill pay via the app?! Really?! It's 2016, come on! Needs a lot of work to make it function like an app and not a mobile website port.

This app is awful. I don't understand why Blue FCU ignores customer complaints. First of all, half the time I log in it tells me I was locked out. I restart the app, and sign in. Annoying. Second, once I sign in, the other half the time, I get the spinning wheel of death. Third, this was JUST updated and this is the best your app devs can do? If your devs are local, get new talent. If it's a third party, get another team!!! A bank should ensure safety and dependability in their app, not this jankiness

Installed app and deposited a check in about 6 minutes. Waited for security code briefly, but the wait is likely gmail.

The app keeps timing out. When I do finally log on everything sucks. Don't fix what isn't broken. If it's broken fix it please. This is very, very frustration. Hopefully I continue to receive the same great service I did before Warren was bought out

It brings up a error everytime I go to open it up. I have to use mobile web page just to look my account. I miss the odd Warren app. It ran smooth with a few hiccups here and there.
