In Android 8.0 many of the features are broken. Please fix
When trying to make a mobile deposit, selecting the field to choose an account fails to bring up the list of accounts.
I don't know what these other people are bitching about, this app is excellent. The new update is even better. I'd give 6 stars if I could. The fingerprint authentication is a welcome addition (I wish they'd add 2-factor auth as well now too). The deposit check via camera worked flawlessly (although it should automatically take the photo, not require me to push a button). Highly recommend.
I can't even accept the user agreement because there is no button for it...it used to work for me but since the last update it has been super buggy. The bank checker told me to uninstall and reinstall it and now I can't even see my accounts. Please fix!!
Since the latest update it is horrible! Not only ugly looking, but now people can look over your shoulder and see your account balances! I would rather use the web version! Please change it back!
New update ruined mobile deposit, not one check works. Internal error everytime. It wasn't broke, why try to fix it?
This app was much more useful before the change. I get so frustrated with all the extra steps. I liked it before. That's why I gave it more than one star.
I updated my phone day before yesterday, I check my balance a minimum of 2x a day, I loved it, well I went to check my balance last night about 1030, I have not forgotten my password, I kept keying it in and the response was error, invalid password, so now I am thinking Oh my gosh, someone hacked my account, then thought, maybe I was supposed to change my password every 6 months, nobody ever said to do that, so I went to the full website, did account # rec'd info, not working still, help! Thk U love SCredit
Won't let me even log on, for a couple days now. It's annoying go back to the old one.
Love all the functions. I'm able to do everything I would do in the bank or on a laptop.
I like the new update but I can't find anywhere to view the holds on any accounts.
Definitely better than the BECU app. This app is lean and useful. Great job so far!
Love the improvements
There has been a bug for a long time that doesn't allow you to select a payee when paying bills, an account for mobile deposits, or an account for transfers. I can basically only use the app to check my balance. Ridiculous.
I have had so many problems with payments not going through. The app doesn't let you remove payees either, so it's cumbersome to say the least. I'll be going back to paying my bills on the website.
This was app was great until the most recent version was released. Before, I used to be able to transfer my funds from one account to another but now whenever I try to select an account from the drop-down menus it will not open them or let me select any accounts. Furthermore, it has a bug that won't let me do a mobile deposit I can take a photo but then doesn't allow me to actually do anything else with the deposit making process. Really annoyed but a poor debugging team that should have this kind of software bug fixed before it rolls out.
1 star until the debug team ACTUALLY fixes the Mobile deposit function. You can only take a picture of one side before the app will just sit back and laugh while you take picture after picture. And nothing ever comes of it.
ACCOUNT SELECTION IS BROKEN! Can't make transfers, can't do mobile deposit. Its been at least over a month now. 1 star until its fixed. Otherwise it had been awesome :(
Fix the bug already seriously makes this app useless without mobile deposits and transfers due to being unable to select an account, should get 0 stars it's been like this for months
I don't live in Washington right now. I depend on the app for deposits. It no longer works. This is so frustrating.
Transferring between account was the only reason I got the app now it don't work cannot select accounts on my Google pixel.
The app logs me out if I don't do anything for 60 seconds (Galaxy S7). I find this very annoying. It did the same thing with my Galaxy S4 and when I contacted Sound CU techies about it they told me the inactivity threshold was 10 minutes both online and mobile, so nothing resulted from my attempt to inform them. To the software writers - please correct this!
Very low class. GUI not refined. App built without user in mind. Very very basic app.. needs a lot of improvement ..
This app is extremely bare bones compared to some other financial institutions.
June 2016 update doesn't work in latest version of Android. It says I don't have an internet connection and to try again.
Does not detect an internet connection on Android N (beta). Previously on Marshmallow, the app worked but provided an unattractive interface. Also does not provide for finger print security.
It logs me out if I don't do anything for more than a minute, which is annoying. But just today it keeps telling me I can't log in at all. Error code 400, I believe?
It may not be the prettiest UI, but all the functionality is there and it works perfectly without fail. That's the most important.
Not sure what happened. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. Getting a 500 error. Help!
I been using this app for a while now and for some reason I can't transfer money no more.

It has good and useful features
As a new member very disappointed by mobile app. Won't even run on my brand new Android device. Once loads immediately crashes saying no network connection available even though I'm online!! Accessed it on my partners iPhone finally. Clunky, slow, app looks very dated, atm mapping is very poor (every other banking app I've used has an interactive Google map where I can see all atms on one map color coded). The auto research app, pay anyone I'd never use. Would rather see better interface.
Logs off too soon (after less than a minute of no activity.) This makes it very frustrating to try to use.
This app is great. I can quickly and easily check my accounts and transfer money when needed. Love the check deposit, only had one check not go through ans I've been using the app for over a year. I appreciate that not many permissions are required and that the app doesn't need constant updates.
a bit clunky and slow. Also very annoyed newest debit cards don't work with android pay.

I have had this app on my lg 3 and use it daily for well over a year now. Love the app never had a problem.
I have used several bank apps. This is beyond the easiest to use. I love it. Thank you for simplicity.

Mobile deposit isn't working on Android 8.0 cannot select an account just darkens the screen
