Was on the phone with the woman when k made one knowing the info I gave her was right I go to log in no luck. Then I call back and change my password to something so so simple and still gives me the same thing it's not possible to create an account on your own I guess I'm.about done with this ughhhh and don't tell me to email you I've already talked to someone on the phone twice.

Was able to login at one time. Now I can't. Very frustrating!

I forgot all my information from the last app and I cant create a new one that sucks and im lost

It is ALWAYS telling me my login information is wrong. It's so frustrating. They're website is the same way. It's so hard to navigate and always saying I entered info wrong when I KNOW I am not. Now I can't even use the app cause it never let's me log in.
