Heritage Grove FCU Mobile

This app sucks! Won't accept my password that's used daily on the computer. Worse, after failing to accept my password 3 times it locks out all online access to my account even on the computer. Don't trust this app or waste your time downloading it.

Mobile deposit does not even show up. But everything else works. Update....at least they're making an effort to fix the issue.

If you bank with heritage, this app is a must!

All the people saying the teller asked for the password are lying because tellers don't answer the phones. And you have to use your member number not username you would use online.

I had the same experience as Charles. Teller said she had to know my password for this to work and every other customer gave her their password. Unbelievable! If she leaves she has your name, account and password. Very poor security. I removed the app instead. Do NOT give any teller or staffer your password. In the year 2012 they do not need to see it. Vendor needs to fix the app integration.

It wont let me log in, i use their website all the time. The app wont let me past the setup screen. It doesnt like my login info.

Will not work w/existing pwd. Not worth the trouble.

I contacted the office directly when I couldn't log on, and was told I had to give the phone teller my Online banking password so they could manually type it in to enable log in. Basically, you have to compromise the security of your online banking account to use this mobile app. NOT RECOMMENDED

It won't let me sign in and I have an online account I use all the time
