Everything about this app is fine EXCEPT the mobile deposit! I have about a 50 % success rate with it. Customer service always has a reason (like my check needs to be photographed on white paper) but rarely says, "let me check to see if we're having problems", it's always something I'm doing but when I try later, it works fine ....even when photographed against my dark desktop. This part of the app needs work.

Can't even log in, like seriously I keep signing in but then it reverts me back to signing in again and again.

This can be a very good, user friendly app, in the other hand, sometimes it will not let you perform functions such as Bill pay. I think some of the problems are due to Numericas policies.

App is horrible. Times out constantly when trying to login. Doesn't matter if I'm on solid network or solid WiFi. Can't login because it times out.

Latest update says "quick balance bug fix" but I no longer have quick balance at all....*update* ...I found it but can't believe how hard I had to search.

The updates and bug fixes have improved the usefulness of this app but I still believe it looked and worked immensely better before the rework. Bring back the old version of the app, it was much smoother to operate and looked much more professional. The newer version looks like a cartoon app for kids.

I am trying to register. Every time I get to step 2 of 6 I select method for passcode and it takes me back to step 1 of 6 and doesn't send me a passcode via text or email. Tried 4 Times. Never had an issue with other banks. So I removed the app then reset phone then readded the app and it worked once. Now it does the same thing and keeps saying login failed. I even changed my password and it still won't log me in.

Always easy to check accounts and runs smoothly. The only thing missing is being able create a budget like what is featured through the web browser!

Very disappointed with most recent update. I am a long time user of this app and although a little more challenging to use my phone or tablet to pay bills, at least I could do it. Now, it's nearly impossible. Not exactly happy with changes on pc either, all my payment history vanished and I basically have to start over. I will try once again to make sure I am not missing something - not sure why it had to change, Bill Pay had a great thing going.

I'm changing my review since the last upgrade. The app is not as user friendly as before. Also I can't close it after signing out. The back button used to take care of that but now it doesn't. Otherwise, this app saves me lots of time with the mobile deposit. I no longer have to drive to my local branch.

It's an awesome idea, and it SEEMS like a great plan... but I'll be darned if I can get the thing to be reliable. Mobile deposit works about half the time, the rest of the time it ends up in some kind of loop and won't progress beyond taking face images. Also, for some ungodly reason it has decided to *mirror* my camera. And nothing can convince it that it's doing it wrong. Every other camera app works fine... It is *very* challenging to frame a photo with the image upside down, and flipped left-for-right! Overall, I wouldn't bother. It's a good idea, but so poorly executed as to be unusable most of the time, and unreliable the rest.

Mobile deposits need some maintenance, it will not allow me to take a front and back picture. I have been using this app forever and now its not allowing me to do this please fix this problem!

If you overdraft your account there isn't any way to tell on the app. The balance doesn't show a negative sign or change colors. No indication at all that you overdraft.

I hate the new app, first of all, it looks like a kindergartner designed it. The old app looked so much nicer. I love the graph feature of the old app too, not a feature on the new (ugly interface) app. My biggest complaint is it doesn't let me log in 50% of the time. I often must use the website. I work out of state and cannot drive to my Numerica so I rely on the mobile app quite a bit. I'm really displeased with the change and would like to see the old one come back.

After I take front and back image of mobile deposit check it dumps me out to the sign out screen. This is been ever since the last update.

Program doesn't close. Always throws error and says support has been notified. Also, billpay won't let you know what dates are available, you have to go as far as confirming the payment and it gives an unintelligible error saying to check individual payment response... then you have to back out and try another guess until you find a date it will allow.

I love the new Numerica app. It's even easier to use with the drop-down menu. I also like that it's tied directly to home banking. I KNOW that this is my credit union with the same security features & design elements that I recognize from my home banking page. I also appreciate that I stay logged in just long enough to exit, double check transfer amounts or account numbers, & then pull the app back up.
