Michigan First Mobile

I love this app and it works great. The only thing is when I got my credit card up til now, that section of the app just loads. I can't see any transactions or anything and I don't like that. I even tried to Uninstall and reinstall but it still doesn't work. Also when I make a payment from on it, it doesn't show up immediately which it should.

The app crashes every time I attempt to perform a mobile deposit.

App to access personal accounts with credit union. Seems fast and simple. Familiar approach, if you can remember your own passwords.

The app does everything a mobile banking app should be expected to do. It will not add flavor to your meat loaf or bring back Michael Jackson, but it's good at managing your MFCU account. I wish it had multiple-account support though. Transferring between two accounts is a bit of a hassle, but not impossible.

MFCU is a great credit union. With awesome customer services. Please listen to your customers! How about making the font easier to read? How about being able to view a check? How about having bill pay not delayed a day for every transaction? Budgeting... Not even available! How about the option to show upcoming bill pay items in the current balance? There's a lot of room for improvement anyway.

I never have any issues. Perfect. Please add a quick pay service so we can send money to members we add to the feature in one click :)

My account's never load up..... Just a pending symbol.

Doesn't work properly, very buggy, cannot use mobile app to bank seems useless.

Since the last update was done, I haven't been able to log on to this app. I can log into the desktop site. This app is a let down now. I expect better from MFCU.

App has had problems since first started. Every "bug fix" update causes more problems. Current update won't allow me to deposit online and won't log me out. What else to expect when they nickel and dime you with fees regardless if funds were deposited.

WORKED FINE UNTIL THE "UPDATE" I CAN'T LOG IN IT JUST KEEPS LOADING. I USE AND NEED THIS APP SO FIX IT FAST!!!

It's a start but the UI sucks and quite honestly doesn't look legit. And the features are so lack luster I'm just better off going to the website.

Used to work perfectly fine but now I can't do the check deposit through picture.

I am not pleased with the update because many features such as the graphs and data of your spending is gone! Give us the option to uninstall the update please!

Having major problems making deposits using a galaxy s3.

Check deposit doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy Avant. Very disappointed after switching from my bank to here. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Not only is this an awesome financial institution, but they have one of thee most functional banking mobile apps! Aside from the locater tool (because it doesn't allow you to copy straight to Google maps) I love it!

It will no longer let me deposit checks from the app. Please fix this problem and I will change my rating.

This app used to do it all, but somewhere along the way it updated and now I can't deposit checks on my Galaxy S5. At first I thought it was a problem with my phone, because the app was so reliable - but after wiping my phone clean TWICE I can say for sure that this app just sucks now. Can't trust it to securely transfer money either. Basically I don't use it anymore except to occasionally check my balance.

The app doesn't respond since newer updates. Use to work fine. WAS very convenient. Please fix.

MFCU is a great credit union. With awesome customer service and cutting edge technology. But with all the problems with this app...it reflects very poorly on MFCU. Developers should be ON THE JOB fixing the MULTITUDE of problems AS THEY ARE REPORTED! Yet no upgrade in months! This app is shameful!

The app does what i want, except that when trying to scroll an look at my account history it very junky and pretty much unusable. Please fix and i will rate higher!

This app loads up so slow. When I try to deposit a check by taking a picture of the check, the app freezes and closes out. I prefer to go online instead of using this glitchy app.

The best thing about this SHOULD be mobile deposits... too bad that feature never works!
