The new app is ok at best. It's unable to schedule reoccurring payments to payees. I'm also unimpressed with the website as you can't cancel one payment within a series without canceling the entire series. These should be simple features in today's apps. The mobile app and the website need to be better so that the banking is more user friendly.
Much better design with the new update. Still took two tries to use remote deposit. Not sure why but all in all like it better. Handles all my banking needs.

The upgraded design looks great, the security features are vastly improved, and I'm glad that such a small bank has such a nice app.
For everyday banking and bill paying this app made my life so much easier
The design of the new app feels to big like someone can look over my shoulder and see all the info...
The app is definitely getting better. I like the fingerprint login I just wish I could use Android pay with my card.
They recently updated their app and it is so much more user friendly.

Life saver! Tried Mobile check deposits and only one check out of 2 was distorted on the back signature side, after reviewing it after submitting it. How did that happen? It was clear when I reviewed it before submitting it. No worries! It went through fine within 2 business days. Great App! Thank You!
This Application fits my needs perfectly. Allows me to closely manage our household finances.

Easy to navigate..very user friendly.
Mobile banking needs improvement. Pictures of checks are clearly visible, and yet the app technology is not reading the checks. Great idea. Poorly designed. App reads there isn't even a pic of the check, to view. Yet, I'm looking right at it, IN the box frame it is supposed to be in... Only reason I was using this app, despite other features. Sad.
The customer service has gone downhill since the merger, sure there are a few nice things like a phone app, but it's being run like a bank with fees and no longer customer oriented.
Unrelated but i wish they'd partner with Samsung or Android pay.
.... however there are a TON of things I can't do... view running balances, send messages only see messages already sent from full site, etc. Its frustrating
Been having difficulty depositing checks. Forever says the picture is not clear enough no matter of lighting. Lighting is fine when using Chase so it's something with this app.
You are not able to edit a pending payment in Bill Pay
I sometimes even time out before it opens a page.
It won't even allow me to login. It says I have to enter a valid email on the website, which I've done.
Good app to use but the loading takes forever on occasion and taking pictures of a check for deposit is glitchy.
Wish I could pay my Visa with the app.
I like the latest version still functions well but looks much nicer.
Works perfect and I love this bank been using them for around ten years now!

Very convenient to have an app rather than going thru the internet. Works great.

I like the new design of the app. The colors and the bigger letters and numbers. It's similar to CU1 app, but I like the side design. It's friendly and easy to use. The only thing is my bill pays did not transfer over. But I was told it was due to a new system so information could not be completely transferred over.
