I find the bill pay estimated dates are very far off and seldom are payments delivered accurately. I don't have this issue on desktop site.

Fast, useful, helps all my banking needs. Couldn't be happier.

Small issues but overall great app

The only thing missing is the ability to transfer money to another account.

I wish there was a way to save my password, it would make it easier and quicker to log in

Setup/settings doesn't work. Sluggish, ugly, incomplete. With most devices being on Android 4.4+ this desperately needs an update.

Like the ability to block cards temporarily and indicate travel plans. Severely lacking when it comes to being able to apply custom labels to multiple checking accounts (mine all show as "basic checking"). Also when indicating travel or blocking cards, there is no way to tell which card belongs to which account. One wonders if people who design functionality ever actually use it.

I will give you back your 5 stars when you bring back the fingerprint option.

I agree it is much easier to read, didn't have a problem before with that. But I really loved the finger print scanner option... can you bring that back?

I called the bank and they lied and said they would fix it, its been 3 weeks.

I love having access anywhere I go to my Members Alliance Credit Union by phone and Web Direct. 5 Stars MACU for giving us an App that makes banking with you a real pleasure! I now have alerts as well as all the features and controls at my fingertips, by just clicking on my new Member's Alliance Credit Union app on my smartphone. Another reason to tell my friends and family to join asap!

It allows quick and easy access my accounts. A very useful app, especially for on the go situations.
