So a while ago I deposited a check using my phone, worked fine. But now about two months later the menu is gone to view if it even went through. So annoying. Also I suddenly have 40 dollars when yesterday I had 144 and spent 38 dollars.. Like what?

I've had this app for years. I just upgraded to the new s7 and I have no menu upon loading. I can't check my mobile deposits or history. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not there

Doesn't keep an accurate balance of the account it stays a week behind from an payment made

App needs camera/media permissions for mobile check deposits.

Worked awesome on my Note 2. Says can't read numbers on my Note 3. Don't know if the new phone or update. Please fix!!!! I don't like hearing from my husband about my inferior android when I have to use his iPhone 5s to deposit!!!!

Visible while typing it and then it takes 30 seconds to start to get hidden.

It's nice they created this app, but it offers little over standard website login. Huge con right now is pw is not hidden when typing. Anyone could easily watch you and learn your user ID and password, giving them access to your accounts.

app worked great on iPhone 5 but when I try to use it on a Galaxy 4s it locks up as soon as I try to take a picture of the front of a check. very frustrating!!!!
