DO NOT UPDATE YOUR APP TO THIS! I just installed the update and it is crashing whenever I try to open it. I hope the bugs get fixed soon. I can't open the app now.

Not a fan of the new design. Wished i had not updated the app. Totally confused by what my balances were. Hated the layout in general. I freaked out because I thought i had a negative balance. Check out US Bank's mobile app and copy them!

Not sure what the complaints are about. I love the new layout. Very clean and easy to navigate and understand. The app allows me to do everything I need to do. Great job! Now, don't get me started on that awful website backend. Time for an upgrade there. ;)

Downloaded the app it won't let me set a I'd and password

Easy to use, learned it functionality in 30 sec. Better than last version.

New update = data mining. There is no legitimate reason for my bank to have access to my phone's contact list. Goodbye mobile app.

Google pixel is not given option to use fingerprint scanner like previous s6 I had.

I don't know about deposits but pending withdrawal transactions come up just fine!

The new version doesn't deduct pending transactions from your balance. The old one was much nicer

My husband and I are floored by the ease,feel and accuracy of both the website and the app! Straight forward and easy to use!

App is easy to use. My only complaint is that it does not show pending deposits.

The app is not up to date with what is online. The app was saying I had two of the same withdrawals and my account was in the negative. When going online i had a positive balance...

I switched from fifth third to Kemba. They are great to work with! I haven't had any problems!

Won't let me log in

Won't allow the check to clear saying need to endorse. The check is signed, not sure what else needs done.

Suggestion to add an arrow for paging back but everything else works well for me.
