I love that I can check my balances any time I need to instead of waiting for a paper statement. I love the money transfer feature for when I need to do an immediate transfer. However, I would like to be able to change my revolving money transfers on my Android, instead of going to the bank.

Great for checking balance and where/when payments are made. Another feature it has is the ability to put a place and date when you travel so your debit card can be used out of state.. wished I would have known that beforehand. It works great.

Its pretty good, and since they changed the bill pay on the full site (which sucks), I like the mobile app better.

Love HTFCU but there is no way to access Credit Card info through the mobile app... That's why it's a 4 otherwise it would be a 5

It's a life saver use it for most my banking needs. One of the best thing about the app is you can do mobile bank deposits. Love it, Love it, Love it.

It would be better if you could do everything related to Bill pay in the app but certain things you have go to the website

It helps me keep track of my loan. Just wish it had my member number information.

great way to bank on the go. I travel a lot and it's an easy way to check my spending when I'm constantly going. also a great way to transfer between accounts, and make payments for my car without having to drive to the bank. great app for busy lifestyle.

The app has continued to be improved and is easy to use. I couple of things I would like to see: separate columns for transactions, date, and the running balance; a check box to show which items I've cleared in my own accounting software.

I have been locked out. There is no forgot password option. I called Heritage Trust and either the agent just started today or she has a problem comprehend a statement. She kept giving me an answer for online banking. Don't you think I would know how to reset my password for online? I kept saying it's the APP not online banking!! She had no clue and kept stumbling over words, "ummm, that's weird". That's what a customer wants to hear. You can't help me reset the APP then ask if there is anything else you can help me with? Apparently not. What is the point of quick balance if you have to login to see it?

Great features, easy to use. The mobile deposit saves me 4 trips to the bank each month. I just wish it would credit the whole amount instead of the $200.

This app is very helpful and easy to use. Whenever I transfer money or need to check on my accounts I can do so on my phone. However, I do wish there was an option to edit the name of the transactions or provide details about it. Overall, this is a great app and I would recommend it to anyone who banks with Heritage Trust.

It does great, except that an update removed the credit card balances from the accounts list. I was going to eventually be able to pay on my credit card from the app. Sure, the ladies at the office are nice and easy to look at, but sometimes it is a core to get there to make the payment.

This app has gotten so much better than it used to be. So many things you can do now. Love it.

Wish it showed credit card debt like it used to and wish it show all transactions when they happen not when they clear 2 or 3 days later

I have been using this app to check my balance and keep track of everyday expenditures. Love it. It's an easy tool to manage my finances.

This app is awesome it show spending and deposits in graph form also allows tranfers with easy and online bill pay set ups

Up until a more recent patch, you could view the balance of your credit cards, I have since lost that feature.

Not user friendly.

I love the easy access to all my accounts. I can be any where and transfer money from one account to another. Makes life easier.

Installed the app thinking about the additional freedom gained from the phone...and then it locked me out like all the other folks. I have since unloaded the app and will stick to using a browser. How this has such a high rating is beyond me...probably the marketing folks at HTFCU.

App does not work at all. Just a waste of space. Uninstalled!!
