It never let's me login, all ways says I used the wrong info but I'm using finger print.

When attempting to log in it shows a message that I have entered invalid info. Meanwhile, I have no issues with the website. The mobile app doesnt work. Im uninstalling it right now.

It doesn't let me get in the app.. Saying passlock. And I'm being trying to reach them and they're never there..

The app was wonderful on my Galaxy Note 4. Then I switched to the LG V20 and the app freezers my phone when I try to back out to close the app. Fix this please. Could you also add fingerprint scanning as it was really convenient on the fly.

Great app to use. Easy and straight forward. Closing app though it stays stuck on screen with just bank banner. All else is great.

Galaxy S7 Edge wont let me login on the app. Credentials right because i can login on the website.

Fcfcu needs to catch up with mainstream banking like boa before I would consider using for my primary banking. New update; OK I hope this is a software glitch and not a failed attempt at fixing their weak but somewhat functional app. If it's the latter I am most definitely changing my direct deposit cause this app is absolutely the worst banking app ever

The new update is a real eye sore. It really hurts my eyes to look at it. The white is near blinding and then they make the letters white against a white background only with a low tinge gray to pop it out so you can barely see what you are clicking.

The background is white and apparently so is the text. I can't read any of the transactions listed for my account.

This update is terrible. When you check your checking /debit you don't know who the payee was.

Everything is red and white... I can't see the words on anything or on transactions!! Fix it!

New update doesn't show where the funds are spent. Won't use this app again til you change it.

Don't really like the fact my wife's iPhone let's her use her thumb print but my lg v10 with thumb scanner doesn't give me that option

The app does not allow the user access.

It won't let me log in on my phone after my husband logged in with the pin on his first.

Says I have no internet connection when attempting to log in...seeing how I'm posting this, I must have internet...

This is a great mobile banking app, has all the features I want and need. There have been a fee hiccups along the way but the technology team is professional and responsive, making quick fixes as issues arise. The 10 December update seems to be fully functional. Thanks for a great app!

Works OK for the most part. The mobile check deposit feature doesn't however. As soon as i take a picture with the app it immediately closes with no prompt warning of invalid attempt or successful completion. Also, balance does not reflect check, so I'm assuming it wasn't successful on an LG 3 (if that helps).

Won't let me log in even though my password and username are correct. No problems loging in from computer...pointless to have app if it won't even alow me the ability to sign in.

I'm keep using the correct user name and password and it won't let me log in. There is no point in using the app if it won't let me log in.

After it updated with the new name, it won't open at all!

Edit: thank you for fixing it and making it better! The new update sucks! Please fix. Can't even few my transactions past the first one. Only the amount. The new colors make it look like it's faded. Awful!

I don't know what yall did with the last update, but it won't show the date of the transactions or the description. Yall really need to fix this. I live over 2000 miles away from the neatest FCFCU office.

Love it! Very convenient and everytime I've had trouble the lady at the bank helps me. This updated version though is horrible. I can't see where my money was spent just how much was spent. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!!

The new update is too bright, too much clear backgroud, makes me have headaches I can't see the date and description of my transactions, and every time I do a transiction for a transfer it clearly have its own type of description, there is no control of what my options are to put comments or type of transaction, Dark background was way better, easy on the eye.

It used to be a great app! The update broke it. I can't see any dates or info associated with my transactions.
