It hasnt been working for the last couple days... I'm guessing because of tax season? But you would think they would expect more people to be utilizing their ap around this time of year...

App really sucks! Not user friendly and hard to navigate at times. Probably the worst bank account App out of all the ones I use.

It's simple to use, and convenient. Sometimes when I make a selection within the app to navigate to another page, it seems to lag a bit.

Have not been able to login since 2/22/2017. Apparently there was an upgrade and now my account is not recognized at all. Very inconvenient!

The old app worked fine. Now it forced me to update and the new app is 'not optimized' for my tablet. Android 4.4.4

I found out that there indeed is fingerprint sign in only for select devices. My LG has a fingerprint scanner and the app does not have a permission request to use my fingerprint scanner. ALL of my other financial apps have this option but the one I most need it to doesn't! I've escalated this issue twice with no resolution.

No longer recognizes fingerprints to unlock. I still use it tho.

There aren't a lot of options to transfer to other accounts. Have to log into the main web log in for that. That gets frustrating because it should be something that is easy to do in an app.

So, I found out the previous app was no longer functional when I tried to log into it and was forced to download this new app. I can access more features by using a browser to login into my account from my smart phone; however, during a browser login from my phone, I am directed to use the app. FFCU is not responsive to any constructive criticism.

I have zero access to my bank account from my mobile device since the app and Web page changes. Trying to "enroll" through the app or the new site doesn't work. It asks for my SS# and then keeps telling me "This field required". Well, that field IS filled. I can't get passed the first page. Really annoyed to have to drive to the bank to get something simple like a balance check.

The old app I never had issues this one it horrible.

Just logging in is more of a pain in the butt than it is worth. I've been with this bank for 14 years and this is enough crap to make me want to change

All I do is transfer money from various accounts. I check my balance on my card and quickly disable my card in the event of it being stolen. Great UI, supports fingerprint authentication which is awesome. This app is great!

Loving texting to get balance updates and logging in with my fingerprint! Having a card disabled doesn't mean it stays disabled but that's not a deal breaker.

It really needs a bill pay option that works. This app is terrible.

I'm meeting new people, talking to all those online call bank technical support people and resetting passwords or challenge questions; this is the new me of the Day!

All in all, it's fairly good. I just want to recommend a search feature in the accounts portion of the app. I'd love to be able to see specific transactions without having to scroll two weeks back.

Used to work great now it crashes and I can't even open the app.

Very hard to verify acct. Pain in the butt!!!

Tried to enroll for mobile sign in. Now it says its down. I just opened an account today also.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of time using both mobile data and a WiFi connection and the app refuses to run. I keep getting a dialog box saying my Internet connection was interrupted and to try again. Using on a Galaxy S6.

Had install it on galaxy s6. Keeps coming up with "check your Internet connection". All other apps connects to the internet but not this app..Downloaded and installed 3 times. Gave up.

Tried multiple times to sign and keep getting a error message. Had the same problem with the old app.

You don't see how much is in your account after each transaction any more. It shows the transaction but doesn't show how much you had at that point in time. The old app had it and I'd like to see this again

It try to override the camera and use auto focus and always always always takes blurry photos. I have to take 100 photos to try and get one clear one. Please please fix this soon! I really need this part of the app due to me being out of state!
