Firefighters CCU Mobile

I love the service firefighters ccu provide. Always helpful. And the app is awesome, no problems so far. If it does occur I'm sure it will be cared for. 3/24/2017 But recently (3/22/2017) I have been trying to pay one of my bills through my account. It is lisred as a payee. I am getting an error message when I submit the payment. And now its going to be late getting to its destination. I am being charged for this service, I hope it will be corrected or fixed very soon.

I'm a long time user of this app and have NEVER had any problems with it. It does everything I need it to do except give a *detailed* description of transactions. When space gets too low to download something I want, I start deleting apps but never this one. BTW, I have the laptop version as well and love it. Will give 5 stars if transactions ever become more detailed.

Not user friendly. Better off going on Internet and using website from phone.

App works. It takes forever to load tho. Data killer when at times takes a few minutes to get were u want to be.

It is a lot faster than before. And I can get right to it when I am in a hurry.

The App loads at a very fast rate compared to what is use to. So for that I upped from 4 stars to 5 stars. Keep up the great job.

It works, it doesn't try to do too much and subsequently crash like other apps may!

Easy to use....just wish I can deposit my checks by picture...it won't let me for some reason

I'm glad that the credit union cane up with an app so that I can conveniently make transactions and transfers!

App takes a long time to open but the app is useful once it opens.
