I asked this app to marry me.

Everything is fine except the camera interface to take a picture of a check. I have yet to get a good picture for a check I got 3 days ago because I can't set it to HD or turn on flash or something to enhance the photo.

The new version of this app is truly an upgrade. Very user friendly layout and great graphics.

I love Fam Sav CU customer service and mobile app! A community family based bussiness still going strong!

I like the old version a lot better it was easier to manage and easier to distinguish what was what

Great app and one I use constantly. It works so well, and I've become so dependent on it, that, when there is a rare issue, it becomes very worrisome in a hurry. Thanks for making any issues short-lived.

This app has been awful lately. Not letting me sign on, maintenance, and error codes. It's getting worse everyday, too.

I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff, they are always courteous and have a smile on their faces and most of all they know you by your first name and monitor the activity and alert you when something suspicious shows up. .

Never works properly. Can check my balance maybe twice a week. Any other time you can't even log in

The app takes a long time for it to pull up my account information

The app is great when it works. But now it's giving me an error code. Please fix.

Stupid app keeps saying that my password is incorrect, and when I've called them to get it reset no one answers the phone. I have no way of knowing what I have in my account

Keeps giving me error 500 code!

It will not work right with me it will not lat me sign in or anything! Was working great idk what happen but wish it would start working again!!!!!

Seriously?? It won't ever connect now, error 500 every single time. Come on family savings. -.-

Sucks. Won't work. Pointless. Switching banks altogether.

It is really helpful when it is working and everything but its not letting me sign on otherwise i would give it 5 stars

I love the app but lately it just doesn't work or always doing maintenance....

Its a great app when it works n the bank doesn't shut the whole system down for whatever reasons

If you bank here it's a must have

Crashes after login

I love the app but lately the mobile deposit isn't working they need to fix that. It's one of the beat features of the app.

When it works it is great. Wish it would do transfers between different accounts. Lately it won't let me sign in keeps popping error code 500

Great app when it works. Haven't been able to sign in in 2 weeks been having isseue since update. Also wish I could transfer from one acount to another Family Savings account.

The app keeps telling me my sign on is wrong and iv call the bank twice and got it reset the first time didn't work the second time worked for signing on once. after I got off the phone I tried to sign on again and its saying my login is incorrect so now I can't get to my account at all.

Keeps me informed and gives me some control over my account while on the go.

This credit union is very rude..

Unable to activate keeps telling me to check my Internet connection.

This app is great. I love my credit union.
