It won't let me deposit my check at all. The camera function has to be broken. Alter I take a photo of my check, the image turns out heavily pixelated. I've tried all day, since I have bills to pay. Every time it fails because of the image. What the heck was wrong with the old version? That worked great. *UPDATE* Still doesn't take photos of my check. What gives. I can't afford to make trips to my bank. This was supposed to make up for that.

Not liking this app at all. Just recently learned that the "terms of service" doesn't allow for app deposit holds to be removed (have to wait) versus an ATM deposit (can be removed same day, if under the set limit). Then why allow deposits at all?

The purpose of the app to.to check on my 3 accounts, fast. It's frustrating when it takes multiple times to try to get the application to work. I would say 3 out of 10 logins have that lag

From what ive had to deal with it has been good to me , i dont get paper checks but have before. I did have a little bit of a problem trying to get the camera to cooperate with me but overall a good app. Gets the job done on keepin an eye on things

The old app use to take my money out as soon as i used my debit pin num to make a purchase and now it dont and it has cost me $62 in late fees because i thought it was like the old one and took my money out asap. I dont like it.

Good! (Old version). New one not so good. When selecting account, can easily delete account, no warning at all. Removed monthly view of bills paid. Going backwards.

Good institution, great customer service. Very attentive to customer needs. The Application is a mirror to the institution, can't get any better.

App allows u to do pretty much everything you could think of, except catch pokemon. Quick balance is very helpful as well.

doesn't update you balance...i over draft all the time one day ill have 130 and in 2 days ill be -2 dollars and only used 10 in those days....

Hahaha OMG I just clicked into one of the screenshots and thought I only had 69 dollars in my Bank account, I about Died!

Needs work, slow, an in accurate at times. Takes a long time to update

I can't do a mobile deposit with the app. That is the only issue I have with it. Everything else is great

This app crashes a lot won't let you sign in most days and doesn't update your transfers to what it should be

Works great. Thumb print gets me to my account in a second. Easy access and features to use. Very convenient. All my loans, credit cards and accounts are on here so I can make payments on them.

It's easy to use, but the finger print sign in doesn't work

This app is worse than the website, and the website is horrible!

The fingerprint ID doesn't work ask the time.

Sometimes the app is scary, but normally I'm not very scared.

The only issue I have is that I moved and they don't have a branch in Traverse City.

At first the picture deposit kept makin me retake my photos and now It won't even let me log in
