I tried 4 times to do a mobile deposit. Every time I clicked on "Take a picture of the front of the check" it kicked me off the app and logged me out. I wish there had been somewhere in the app to leave this feedback so it would go to somebody who could address this. I have since uninstalled the app.

Absolute garbage. Nothing makes a near two decade long member feel valuable like being forcibly advertised to on every single input. Oh, and and the app itself is about as stable as a one legged chair.

I got this app to check my balances and deposit checks on the go. After 15 tries (all which seemed perfect) I'm going to go into an office to deposit my checks. I'm not wasting more trying to use their stupid app to deposit my checks

This has to be one of the worst banking apps around. Balances don't update and has really annoying ads.

The check deposit feature hasn't worked in months. It doesn't recognize any check I get and I've tried dozens of different types.

Only purpose for this app is the mobile deposit which doesn't work at all.

Probably developed by cheap developers, the updated version has annoying ads blocking text boxes and buttons. I can't even see the submit button, and as soon as I close the ads...another one pops up.... the most horrible design.... but I would not expect more from them.

Great app until you try to use the mobile deposit! It will not focus propery! Makes everytbing blurry. NO CONVENIENT AT ALL WHEN I HAVE TO DRIVE SEVERAL MILES TO THE NEAREST BRANCH TO DEPOSIT!

A good app, especially for transfers from CF accout to CF account, but I cant see account transactions for my CF credit card for 2 weeks now. Keep getting an error message.

Constantly have to close advertisement in order to complete transactions.

User interface is not the most sophisticated, but all the functionality is there and I love mobile banking.

It would really be nice if there was a way to download monthly statements through the app.

Handy app for checking balance and online bills schedule, obviously worthwhile for a CU customer, however, mobile check deposit NEVER works, which makes that feature unless.

Great app for quick account checks. But the mobile deposit is worthless in the updated version. Never takes a picture in focus.

Wish I could look into what's been paid or images of checks like other banks do.... glad they have the balance after the transaction

Would love to see my balance AFTER each transaction. And ALL pending transaction with a balance. Take a look at how TD bank does their app. Real time transactions are needed to AVOID GOING OVER! Please update! Then I will give 5 stars! I left TD bank cause of the monthly fees... Seriously thinking of going back..Please make your app similar to how theirs work please!

So many features! I love the fingerprint sign in option. I wish all of my apps had that feature.

Simple & easy to use. The mobile check feature is SO nice and consistent.

Overall the app works fine. However, the Bill Pay is useless since you can't see the amount due to be paid.

Update: After visiting with branch manager Scott Davey I discovered a shutter button we identified that in the android version the shutter button is only slightly different than the background ribbon making it difficult to see. Once pointed out I it is not an issue.

It says to check my internet connection but everything else using internet on my phone is working fine so I don't know what to do.

Doesn't work and won't let me log in. Just keeps refreshing. :(

I can do the typical online banking actions with this app, but I just started a new job and wanted to input my account info for direct deposit into savings and cannot find it anywhere. The app is secure enough that there should be somewhere I can find that information.

This app sucks. In the old version, I was able to deposit checks through this app. Now, the camera won't focus to take a picture. I've checked my camera and it works fine. I've tried several times hoping it got fixed and it's not. Every time it makes the check blurry and won't take a picture.

I'm happy to have a convenient way to check purchases and deposit on my phone

Tried it for the first time yesterday. I did a mobile check deposit and it scanned the Check perfectly.
