Love the bank and the people that work there!! Hate that everything has to pend and then some doesn't show! Why can't it just be taken out and give you the right balance

Never have I seen a banking institution of this caliber. Not only are the people very nice but it seems they will go that extra mile for their customers. They have gone beyond what others have to take care of my needs. Keep up the good work no matter if using their office or this app to do your banking.

I'd like to be able to see pending stuff in the app, not just via desktop. That being my biggest gripe, I'd have given another half or 3/4 star if they'd let me. Five implies perfection, IMHO, and we're not quite there. Yet. Update October 2016: They listened! I probably could find something else to nitpick, but why? Give 'em five!

CESCU is the greatest. Can answer any banking question and fix any problem (especially the Loudonville office). I'll be with them as long as I live.

Can't back out of app, must log out. Freezes and stalls phone and tablet.

CES employees are very friendly and helpful stop in today and see what they have to offer you you will not be disappointed

App has a lot of great features. More features are added on a regular basis. It's easy to use and looks great.

I can check my balance. Transfer funds. Everything I need.

Does what I need it to do. Check balances and make transfers. Easy!

Very disappointed in this app. Sometimes it put your pending sometimes it does not. No point having an electronic checkbook if it's not even going to work

The app is amazing, much like the bank itself. I love that the tellers always remember me, even if they only see me once a month. Sadly, they see me less now that I have the app!

The only problem I have had, is when using my fingerprint it would be nice if the app actually opened the account that was selected. Other than that the app is great. It does everything that I needed to do and a little more.

The email CES sent out said we would be able to view pending items. You still are not able to do that with the new app. Seems like the new app is just a facelift of the old version with a few upgrades.
