I give this app one star. It's capabilities are hit and miss and one day it works and then it does not. When I need to transfer money to purchase gasoline for instance I find the app not to work and myself in a situation that I cannot alleviate do to the bank itself freezing my account in which I have to go through a lot of phone calls to discover a remedy. My son is having similar problems on his new phone. The old app worked better but your company feels it needs more security. My money is so secure I cannot even access it unless I want to drive 54 miles to get it and that is when I am home. I work on the road and bank with this app I find unreliable and I don't want to suffer because your app fails me. Just this weekend I used the app and it worked great went to work and on the way home needed gas so I tried to transfer money to purchase it and was rejected do to an error then I drove home on an empty tank and when I got home my wife wanted to go somewhere and thank god I had a few gallons in a can or I would be walking to work tonight.

Useless, shows connection error and will not show account t info at all.

I wish BAECU stuck with the old app...it was awesome...this one is awful

Never had a problem logging in prior to this update but ever since it updated I might as well just drive in town the 15 minutes to come down in in person which might actually take me less time or use the website instead which eliminates one of the main reasons I use it which is for the mobile deposits. when the app works it's nice but that's only when you can access your account I hope the bugs get fixed soon

Updated review from 1 star. I always got connection error when logging in, but I found the issue. The app no longer takes your account number, but instead the username you use on the website. Once I change it to my username I can log in successfully. Only gave 4 stars for BAECU's lack of communication/support, to all these negative reviews.

I didn't turn the fingerprint scanner on for a reason, and I'll be damned if I'll turn it on for this. Either I have the option to opt out of this intrusion, or I'm opting out of the app, and advising my friends to do the same. Choice is yours BAECU.

app has been having trouble communicating with other peoples accounts for authentication for MONTHS. PLEASE FIX THIS I CANNOT GO TO AN ATM EACH TIME I NEED TO CHECK MY BALANCE LIKE IT WERE 1998.

New update results in connection errors and invalid log ins! My son and daughter also can't access their accounts now. How about verifying the app works BEFORE changing it next time!

Connection error for a week. I can't see my accounts and can't transfer money when I need to and this has caused me to over draw acconts. This app not working properly had cost me about $30 dollars over 2 years.

Loved this fast, easy to use app. But it seems that ever since the last update at least 75% of the time I receive a connection error message when trying to login into the mobile app. Please fix!!!

Since the last update I repeatedly get connection errors. More often than not I can't access the app. It's a huge disappointment since I use the mobile deposit and transfer features alot. Previous version worked flawlessly. I see many reviews with the same issues but no responses from developer. This is a huge disappointment. The credit union is wonderful & has excellent staff but it's not convenient to go there every time I need to do something. Previously, the app was a lifesaver. Now, it's not.

Connection error--you have to use the log in name and password from the website. This changed with the update! No more connecting error!

The new update sucks never had any issues with the old version now all it ever says in connection error when trying to log on to the APP

New update ruined an app that worked perfectly. Never had a bug for years, now probably 60% of logins result in "connection error" message. No good to me if I can't use it.

You've got to be kidding me. Connection error every. Single. Time. I could understand a few times, but this has been months of problems with this app. You've had plenty of time to update this and fix it. App is garbage.

Extremely inconvenient to never be able to login and view account balances or pay bills when you need to!! Fingerprint scanner never works since update and it takes 10 or more login attempts to actually login! This is ridiculous and if you would monitor your CUSTOMER'S reviews, you would issue an update to fix these issues! Becoming a customer service issue!

Never had an issue connecting until this update. Please fix. Very inconvenient am aggravating.

More than 70% of the time i get a connection error since the app updated. I like the new look but it's pointless if the app doesn't work

Always having connection errors with the new update. And I don't like that I can no longer see the name of persons account I'm trying to transfer money into. That is a huge pain when I'm always on the go and don't live local to stop in to a branch.

Rarely connects to my accounts such a waste. I used to bank elsewhere and NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. Very frustrating! Fix!!

But its design is out dated

Never fails me. And they warn you in advance about maintenance

Simple and is probably the best bank around.

Gives me all the information I need and more on the go! Perfect for the person that doesn't have time to keep a register of purchases.
