Notificatie, bijvoorbeeld bij opwaarderen saldo, zou vanuit de app moeten kunnen. Ook een synchronisatie bij verbinding met wifi, waardoor offline informatie bekijken mogelijk is, ontbreekt. Sodexo is daarbij gericht op telefonische klantenservice, past niet bij het digitale e-mail/chat tijdperk. App doet wat het moet doen, maar voldoende verbetermogelijkheden.

We are in 2017 and you propose and app which is not able to connect through Bluetooth tethering? Is that a joke?

They should take an example to Edenred, which is much more reactive on updating the saldo remaining on the card. If I constantly have to check my balance on a pc it kind of makes this app useless.

Werkt niet. "An error occurred, please try again later." is alles dat je te zien krijgt.

Should be simple, I just want to see how much credit I've got left on my Sodexo card, but half of the time "An error occured".

Connection failed ,app doesn't work

Continue foutmelding zonder indicatie wat er fout is. Geeft dus geen overzicht. De app werkt niet.

Made by a six year old without IT knowledge I said previously... well, change that please. Make it a 2 year old. Just when one thought this terrible app couldn't get any worse... it did. May I suggest firing your entire IT dep., and replacing them by COMPETENT people? Utter crap, and it gets worse by the month; 5 days and counting to update to the correct amount...

Il y un problème d'affichage de mon prénom dans l'appli (et dans les emails que vous envoyez). Mon prénom est: Michaël il s'affiche ainsi: Michaël le ë est donc remplacé par un code informatique: ë A fortiori tous les caractères accentués dans les noms de vos utilisateurs sont remplacés par ce type de codes lors de leur affichage. Il s'agit sans doute d'une mauvais utilisation de pages de codes (charset) dans votre système informatique.

Every time the app is updated, the shortcut is removed from the home screen.

Look I had issues logging in/making an account, and when I logged in,... I saw what I needed, my leftover ballance in a NOT BROKEN FOND THAT GOES OUT IT'S TEXTBAR SO IT'S UNREADABLE *kicks the Ticket Restaurant Service* so,... For being able to AT LEAST WORK,.. this gets 3 stars...

Niuwe update en nov ALTIJD in engels alhoewel mijn profiel in nederlands staat. Ah je moet de taal NOGMAALS selecteren via de menu. Dus waarom dan de taalkeuze op profiel??? Geef het op. Alles in engels alhoewel mijn profiel in nederlands is ingesteld.

Voor de app moet ik eerst een account aanmaken op de website. De site lijkt nergens op, is niet voor mobiel ontworpen en de registratie mislukt.

The idea us good. But connectivity performance has been so bad recently that you have to be very lucky to get an update when you need one. And, less important but still annoying, the app removes itself from your homepage on every update.

Don't get why others are writing so much bad reviews. The latest update simply works like a charm and is very appealing to the eye! Love the way you guys did the menu btw!!! Kudos to the (new) dev team! Edit: too bad you guys reverted the menu appearance

Het lijkt inderdaad achteruit te gaan met de app. De site kan ook beter vind ik. Tijd voor een nieuwe aanpak! Kom op, dit kan zo praktisch en aangenaam zijn.
