Muse sends you fun, daily activities to enrich your child’s life. You train MuseBot each day by answering a simple question about your child. MuseBot uses machine learning to combine your responses with decades of life-outcomes research and designs stress-free activities that boost your child’s unique development.

Muse is the creation of Norma and Vivienne Ming, the co-founders of the educational technology company Socos. They have two kids of their own and know all too well the challenges of parenting. By applying decades of research into theoretical neuroscience, machine learning, and education, Muse enhances all of the knowledge parents already have and provides insight into what to do next.

I agree it is misleading. There is no way to see what exactly it is until you pay for it. That process alone could be confusing as you are redirected somewhere else. There is not much room to customize and I found uneasy answering some of the few questions they asked before letting you in. The Muse app ended up not working for us. I requested a refund on the same day I signed up (paid) Feb 7th, 2017 and also sent a refund follow  up email on Feb 8th. I never heard back from them and I am still waiting for my $25 refund. The Muse app was deleted from my phone on the same day.

I've been using Muse every night with my two kids (8 and 4) for months now, kicking the tires. It's been wonderful having a fun, stress-free time with my kids, and knowing that that time is making a difference in their lives. My favorite part was when my son first started asking, "Can we do Muse now?"

While the app is described as free it requires you set up a paid service using a separate website before you can use the app.

Not free! You have to set up a subscription to gain access. I am having trouble even finding the subscription rate.

No, the service isn't free, however, for only $25 a year that's a tiny investment for daily awareness of your child and CUSTOMIZED for each individual child! That's incredible. I want to buy this for every parent

It won't let me register or open the app?

Was so excited to try this app. Then became so frustrated that there was no way for me to log in or create an account to use it. Seems like they weren't ready to be reviewed on National Public Radio.
