Sococo

Keep getting "no active user" error: sound & mic don't work in new version (I.e. I cannot hear nor talk to other users in same room). Prev version worked fine on my OnePlus 1 (running Android v6.0.1 Cyanogen 13.1.2)

Works fine. Obviously not as user-friendly as the desktop version because of needing a different UX to fit smaller screens. Would be nice if I could change my status ("available", "busy", etc.).

I was using the app to connect to an account but cannot switch to another company account even if I reinstall. The old company account needs to be deleted.

My company uses this as part of our online office suite. Works like a champ!

This is absolute garbage and we are left holding our xxxxx. Cant wait until our company dumps ths.

Same issue mentioned by others. The sound will disappear to where I cannot be heard or hear anyone else, despite Mic and Headset being active. No rhyme or reason. Always being logged into the lobby on first login is also rather a nuisance. However for me, the sporadic loss of sound is a complete buzz kill making the App unusable at this time. Note: This was installed on Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge.

Able to log in, but even on full bars LTE audio lags and breaks up really badly. Unusable on Android it seems.

Had the issue as everyone else, couldn't login but my company has now upgraded to the new version of sococo and now I can log in. Still playing with the app but I notice when I logged into the app I was kicked out on my laptop so I can only be logged in at one time. I'll update again after playing with it

Loading screen only, at least on android7 Contacted support months ago - no workaround, no eta on fix.

I use Sococo for work and really want to like this app, but it has some issues. Connection always drops when the app runs in the background. Login room is always the lobby, not one's set "home" room. Chat persistence disappears/chats completely reset between using app and desktop versions. User cannot be logged in to both mobile and desktop versions at the same time.

Won't let me log in, can't do anything with it cause apparently my whole company has to update off of classic to use it. Highly disappointing, extremely annoying.

Resource hungry. Relatable interface. Complex screen sharing technology. Sometimes only grains ate visible.

It's a good thing the login screen looks sort of nice, since it's the only part of the app that definitely exists. Unfortunately you won't get to see the rest of it since the most fundamental function (logging in) does not work.

Would probably love this if I could login. Same trouble reported as everyone else: use the same user name and password as on my computer, but can't login via the app.

I am able to login but every time I unlock my device I find myself in lobby instead of last room I was in. Looks like the app doesn't work in background. And you can't be logged in from computer and from Android at the same time: you'll be automatically logged out. Also the apps is unstable: sometimes I can't turn on or off microphone, sound disappeares even it is turned on in app etc. My connection is perfect, by the way. And the app can't show screen sharing from participants: seems there is no such feature. Also crashes on some devices

So glad to have an Android app after all this time. I can log in just fine. I am a Sococo RS user(web based), not the classic app. Keep up the good work Sococo. Contact support if you can't log in people!

Tried to figure it out with zero success.

Used the same email and password as I do on my computer but it would not let me log in

Email says I dont exist and might have a classic account, but offers no other info on how to resolve.

Why is this app releaed? I just cannot login. Same login credentials work on my laptop

While I love this program, and use it a lot with my students, for some reason all of a sudden (when I try to access it on my phone -Galaxy 7) it's just spinning and spinning on the initial page. Not helpful. Not useful. PLEASE FIX!!!!!
