I cannot log in. I try to request OTP password but as soon as I try to get the password from my messages, I lose the sign in page and it forces me to ask for a new password. So I am stuck on this request OTP page.

Can't get the verification code so can't even login

I used NaviGo (Samui) twice today. Very good. Very efficient. Both drivers were friendly and courteous. Both cars large SUV's. Price very reasonable. All round excellent!

App works quite well. Price was a little more (27BHT) than the app said. Still a lot cheaper than taxis. Very new car and a good driver. I wanted to edit my review for the driver but it doesn't seem possible.

Please help me with the sign in process. Its not working. I can't give full review coz I have not used the app completely

Really good! New car, nice drivers and much cheaper than normal taxis in samui Very efficient!

I used this app on Samui a few months ago, and it saved me quite a bit on what I would have spent getting the normal taxis. I really liked the fact that you can upload a picture for the driver. All the cars I rode in were new SUVs.

Poor user interface that keeps crashing. Forget this app. You will have more success negotiating w the taxi drivers based on their market rates.

Can't validate my credit card stupid app

this app and service does not work, simple, drivers are rude and surly and turn up at the wrong address frequently, , also staff on the phone line ARE AWFUL

Downloaded it, tried to open it and it immediately crashed every time.

This is a great app which made my trip in Koh Samui much cheaper. I used NaviGo many times and I found the service accurate, reliable and much cheaper than the regular taxis. When required the staff were all very good. All hotels should be promoting this app as it is a 'must have' for Samui

Tried 2 emails and Facebook to register. Sms registration would not be accepted. Very little faith in it if I do get it working given the initial, basic challenges.

The app didn't work the entirety of our time in Koh Samui, it crashed either upon opening or at the login screen, I messaged the fb page to ask for a solution but received no response, uber can't come quickly enough to Koh Samui

I installed this app and created an account but this app does not send an otp for mobile number verification. I tried multiple times and with different mobile numbers but nothing happened. I am stuck. Kindly improve the app.

Maps are inaccurate and drivers have trouble locating you. I watched one driver sit across the street for 5 minutes from where I was waiting.

Couldn't use it as it kept crashing when I tried to log in. It emailed my password to me in plain text (awesome) and the special characters in the password seem to crash the app. Perhaps the app has security issues.

(1) it takes 20-30' for car to show up. Just keep this in mind. (2) the GPS of the driver is not always updated. I once waited at the airport for 20min & the driver didn't move at all, but after 20min he showed up on time. (3) so far I have always paid the higher fare when you make the booking. Don't know why they show cheaper price, but even higher price is good deal compared with taxi. No hidden costs, no cheating. This app is developed by a young and entrepreneurial local team. App won't send a txt for account activition. Tried multiple phones, Android, Apple, all known working roaming numbers. Rubbish.

The app while not fully up to the features of ride sharing apps like Uber, worked really well and was about 1/3rd-1/2 the price of regular taxis. Drivers were fast, safe, and efficient as well.

Charged me almost double the highest calculated fare for a 5 minute ride with no traffic. Basically a scam that will cost you the same as the overpriced taxis, but you'll wait longer. Pathetic. I want my money back... but of course it's a cash only service.

app is insecure, it stores passwords in plain text. not easy to register too, and when at last I did it, I see "0 cars" every time

Awesome service! Downloaded the app after airport taxi booking wanted to charge an exorbitant 700 baht fee to the hotel. Saw the ad for NaviGo at the baggage claim and used airport Wi-Fi to get it. App wasn't locating a driver so I messaged their FB page and got an immediate response, and they sent a driver to pick us up within minutes. Price was much cheaper than alternative and driver was professional, nice, and went the extra mile to help us find our hotel.

The best service in Samui

Its OK. Not many cars so often left waiting 15-20 mins for pick up, or being told there are no available cars and having to keep checking ever 5 minutes. Great when it works. But doesn't seem to work very often when searching for our apartment we often get internal server error.

Great app to get around the island and cheaper than local taxis. Keep note that it is usually a 15-20 minutes for the cars to arrive e.

Love using this app to book taxis. Drivers I have had have all been friendly, polite and very cheerful. Hope you are going to expand as 4 drivers is the most I have seen available at anyone time and you are missing out on a lot of potential customers.

First time using navigo and certainly will not be the last. I made the booking and within 5 minutes the driver was at my door helping me with my bags. Both the car and the driver looked extremely presentable and professional. Great job guys!

I was waiting a car about 40 minutes. Didn't come. Useless service. Uninstalled it
