Social Cyclist for Android
I really like the idea of what this app could be, and would it could become. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like it's there yet. I do like being to track the purposes of my trips. But, I don't like the idea of naming each one. I don't care. I don't need to remember them all, and not allowing me to skip this is annoying. When I do save a trip, I'm not given any reward. Strava at least contributes to a public heatmap that I can review later, even if I can't get aggregate numbers. It offers me something to feel like my effort is contributing to something. I'm confused by the Rack feature. I can't tell whether it's to request a new rack, or to mark on a map where existing bike racks can be found. The nomenclature is inconsistent, and both features are useful. I'll keep my eyes open for upgrades to the app, but I'm done using it for now.
Loads way too much info thus sucks up massive amounts of data and slows it down, Mobile data warning!!!!
If you are going to make an Android application please follow the ui guidelines. This interface is atrocious and belongs on iOS. Update: Still horrible to navigate and does not follow Android design guidelines.

On an older LG C3 with an older version of Android it kind of works but not all parts. To exit I need to turn off the phone.
Not designed well for android. No cancel feature. Dumb.
Hope this gets up to speed.

Drains battery much faster than e.g endomondo. Usability is terrible. With this kind of app you'd like to do things with one click: one click to start ride, one click to stop, one click to request a rack, and so on. Why would I want to name my trips? But I'm forced to...
