The updated version bring many positive changes to the app, is much faster to load, and hasn't crashed yet with the issues plaguing the previous release.

Crashes as soon as I try to open the app on my Samsung. Reinstalled but did not fix:( Also crashes when I try to use it on my new Google Pixel phone

Constantly crashing even when not being used. If you lose focus on the screen (just by turning off the screen) you have to start everything again, go back to my offers again etc, terrible app.

Every time I open this app it says there is an error and needs to close. I have tried this for over 3 months, removed the app now.

As others have mentioned, it crashes. For some reason the designers of this app decided that it needs to run at startup, and crash!

Good app that works well with the Air Miles program; BUT it crashes a lot, and certain features don't work at all (ex. "Email My Offers" button).

This app used to work but is now crashing. Even uninstalled then reinstalled and tried to sign in. Immediately crashes.

It working terrible right now as soon you open it will crash it so it make it hard to see deal and stuff hopefully it can get fix

Unstable app

I used my authentic always used email to sign up and it said it was invalid. Too bad. Was looking forward to using this. Surprised too that such a great store has such a poor app.

Like being able to add deals to my air miles card. Lots of lag on my phone

At first when I saw how awesome my offers were I was pretty excited. But once I loaded them they disappeared from sight, never to be seen again. I'm expected to remember all the offers when I'm in the store now? And where's the shopping list feature? That's like basic grocery store app features there. Maybe solicite the help of the app designers for Shoppers Drug Mart Optimum Card. Fantastic app and incredibly easy to use. This app? As easy to forget as my disappearing offers.

...I'd hate to see what it looked like before. The home screen is ugly with all kinds of weird spacing, and there's no way to navigate to the shopping list. Seriously. I browse through the flyer and add things to the shopping list, but then the list itself is nowhere to be found. Useless to me without the shopping list.

I'm updating my review because the latest version of this app is completely non-functional. (The offers loaded don't clear when expired, the app doesn't work offline.

Please let me put my airmiles number into the app to get offers. I need someone to email me or get in touvh. It just keeps saying I am not a member.... I love your stores through. Especially Stittsville Ontario. Excellent customer service!

1) I previously had issues with the new app upgrade... Sobeys kept me in the loop as they fixed it. 2) I went to Sobeys today, and even though I was 50 cents off from getting the big Air Miles bonus, they still gave it to me! Thanks!

Had this app before several months ago and it was useless so I deleted it. Was on the mobile site today and they were touting the improvements so I tried it again and couldn't even sign up.

Loved it before the update now i cant even sign in on the app its saying my email is invalid can re sign cause i cant click my store locator i can see the blue dot but thats about it. Also when i first couldnt sign in i forgot my password so i went to reset it and it saying my email doesnt have account with you guys i hope it gets fix soon

So I seem to have the same problem with signing in as other people. Sobeys you guys make like a billion dollars a year, how hard can it be to find someone who can make an app that works. I feel like it shouldn't be that hard. Fix it or superstore as my main supplier of groceries is looking more likely. I can't believe you have 2.8 stars. You must pay people to go on and give you good ratings. I would give negative stars but it won't let me.

Hey Sobeys, do me a favour and take a look at Metro's app. Specifically the shopping list experience. You might learn a few things. Because your app is just AWFUL

It doesn't seem to be very reliable...the app hasn't been working for a while. Today it let me log in but I had to enter my airmiles # again. Small nuissance. I did like all the changes but when it stopped working I lost offers and bonus points when I went to the store the other day.

It won't recognize my email, like I've seen multiple times in other reviews. I can also no longer choose a store since none show on the map, which is the only way to navigate. So much for new and improved! This used to work; the offers would load and I'd get my air miles. But no longer. Deleted.

I downloaded the app but can't do anything else until I select my store. When the map comes up the stores don't show....there is a sobeys store 2 mins from my house but doesn't show on the app.

Totally non-functional. I tried to register, but the store locator doesn't show any stores. No problem, I thought, I'll just skip registration! Turns out, skipping registration brings you to the same store locator, which still shows no stores. So I figured I'd just register on the website, then login to the app. Registered on the website with no issues, however the app tells me that my username/password is invalid. So I guess the login for the app is different than the one from the website? The fact that a company as large as Sobeys can't be bothered to make an app that works is really frustrating. Maybe you think iPhone users are the only ones who shop at Sobeys? If you don't start putting some effort into your app for Android users, that's going to become true.

I love the idea of the app. But when looking at offers it lags,g like someone tripping. It doesn't scroll smothly . Today I downloaded the new app thought it was going to be better. But it does not work any better. There is no differents from the old.

Doesn't update when it should. Having a hard time signing in keeps saying invalid email. Can't sign in can't find my location I'm just getting frustrated because it used to be a lot better before the update so go back to the old please

Disappointed with it when you go and purchase the items as in the offer it says for one but the cashier says have to buy 2 to get the airmiles make up youguys mind what the offer suppose to be don't just make people go and rips off.

Issues with not loading offers, not clearing expired offers and crashing on startup have all been fixed. After months working fine, the latest update won't allow sign-in. Another fail.

Terrible app. It worked fine before now all of a sudden my email is invalid. Uninstall reinstall and still not working. I guess I will have to wait until someone from sobeys starts to wonder why they are getting these one star ratings and has it fixed.

Offers do work better, but it constantly tells me I can't sign in, won't let me sign in, etc. If you skip the verification you often get stuck on a map of Canada that you have to navigate through(no search function??!) To find your store.
