Wally

I have separate hubs at separate properties and I'm glad I can manage them both from the same app. The sensor seems to be good to communicate with the hub for at least 100ft wirelessly. I have one hub on wifi without issues and the other wired. It's nice to have so many contact configuration options so you can have different people notified for one property than for another. Only annoyance is that sometimes the dashboard shows the temp in celcius even though I have the settings set to farenheight.

I love my Wally. BUT ... I own the original Wally with cute little oval, white sensors. Last year I tried to buy more sensors, and discovered that my system is not compatible with the new version, and there are no more sensors for my system. This is very disappointing to me. However, my system is still up and running, and it is being supported by the company.

MUCH better (easier to set up, more stable, better wireless range) than Version 1. Customer service is better, too.

Very well-designed product and app. I've been using it for a couple of months and I've never seen an ad so I don't know what some other review was talking about. I do wish it was more flexible with regard to naming the locations of your sensors.

C'mon guys, stop with your stupid ads to buy more of your stuff. I already invested heavily in this product and I don't need inundated with ads that I can't turn off.

Sane permissions, functional and good looking too. Good job.

Seems like since the last update this app now uses more of my battery than any other app on my phone. Please fix.

Needs a lot of work. Alerts are not customizable. They are either on or off on all devices. When they are on, its impossible to customize the sound or method. Its always a loud siren. Cannot select "email only", etc. Zoom does not work well in graphs. Impossible to see actual temperature values.

The sensors are very sensitive. Just what I wanted. :-)

These devs don't sleep, the app just keeps getting better.

Wally notified me of a leak in my basement when I was at work, It saved me thousands as I was able to solve the problem 7 hours sooner because I had the Wally app notify me of the leak.

No good reason to be able to see what apps are running or my browsing history. Bad.

One of the best and fastest customer service I ever saw. Reported a bug and it was fixed within 12 hrs!

Well done app, very.clear and easy to use.

Update: within a few days of asking Wally support to add a "remember me" checkbox, they updated both the app and the website to include this capability. Kudos to Wally - that's responsiveness! Five stars. Original review: The app does what it is supposed to do. But it's very annoying to have to re-enter email address and password every time. There should be a "remember my login info" checkbox. Fix that and it's a five-star app.

Had pesky water leaks in the past and the easy setup of systems with this app makes this look really promising!
