You can bring about some randomness in tables practice. For eg in 14 times table ask 14*6 first 14*4 next etc. When all the numbers are in order one tends to add up instead of memorzing

The fraction part is not supposed to be used like that. What a person needs to know is 1/7, 2/7, 3/7 and so on not 1/7, 1/8, 1/9 and so on. You should add the fractions till denominator 16 ie 1/6, 2/6, 3/6 etc all the way till 15/16
