Can't believe all the negative comments. This app is accurate and works very well if you know how to use it.

Nice UI. Wish there weren't ads. Hard to convert from cm to in, as you need to type it in.

Now if only I could combine this with the rest of the features in a construction calculator. Not bad

Can't even use a negative fraction

Worst thing ever. I typed in 2/3 and the fraction came up as 11/98. 3 times.

Just spend the 30 bucks at home depot and get the real thing.

how do you use this? this calculator gives me nothing but error message...

This app is the only calc that any handyman needs

Works with mixed numbers and mixed units, but the fraction shown is not reduced (for example, will show 1/4 as 16/64). Otherwise, works as expected.

I like this calc downloaded a few others that required to much fishing around. When I use this I need a answer quick and this calc does the best at that.

I wanted a good tool for converting feet and inches to meters and this does the job really well

This app is a great tool for any builder.

I have downloaded many of the handy man type of calculators just to find out that they do not a divide unless it is in feet and inches. This one does and it simple. so look no further.

I really enjoyed this ap... could use a cosmetic upgrade As it looks pretty pixelated on my tablet.. I'd love to have a button to load a notepad beside it!

The app looks well, very intuitive and easy to use. Very nice and is now my measurement calc of choice. ---------- I give it three stars -hardly earned though.- Because it gets the job done for me, is pleasing to look at and use (a couple of things here and there) and free. ---------- Having said that, it does have issues. You must be careful with the way you enter information, and what you get back. The results might not be very accurate for small numbers or small fractions, and be VERY careful with negative numbers, the result will be most certainly inaccurate. ---------- I did some tests and indeed found weird conversions, like the 1" = 1/16' kind of thing. Turns out that if you increase the Precision to for example 1/64 then you obtain 1" = 5/64', closer but inaccurate still. ------------ IMO, this is the result of converting all fractions into decimals, perform the operations and convert back. Accuracy is not possible using this approach. Math on fractions must be done using fractions, a rewrite of that part of this calc and would be a winner hands down. ------------ PS: this review thing sucks. Removed all my paragraph spacing, what gives??

Works fine for laying out posts and such. Was looking for a free/ cheap app similar to inchcalc for ios and this was the best I found. Usable and accurate for what I've done. Only thing I miss is a memory function.

Quick, easy and not all cluttered up. It simple ...cut and dry. Awesome!

Add vibration or some sort of sound so user knows if key has been pressed or not. But overall good.

Uh doesn't work for finding square footage, gives an error. It can divide ft/in correctly for spacing tho

Simple fraction calculator

With proper settings this is great to round up measurements to include a seam allowance for sewing projects. Warning ... you must set up your rounding preferences. Users who said it rounded wrong had clearly not set their preferences. Read the instructions.

App works great for feet and inches calculating :) use it everyday at work

1 inch does not equal 1/16 feet, delete
