App is good, missing a couple expense categories but I can list them under different categories. App used to have subtle ads but those have gotten very intrusive lately, with pop ups you have to dismiss. Would have purchased a paid version, but not because I'm bribed to remove invasive ads. Will likely uninstall now instead.

Fastest simplest easiest to use and understand. Others I tried were unnecessarily complicated. For phone app you need simple and quick.

I would suggest the following three improvement to make it even more useful and attractive. 1. Add Seller's Credit on the 1st page under Price 2. Add a Summary Result function to reflect the total investment results for all the properties entered, and 3. To add a page so that a second loan can be entered and factored in the results.

I really wanted something to save my data input and it does it. Excellent! I'm a property invester so I need to calculate the amount of rental income I receive as part of the end result. I would add "number of units" and "rent per unit" so I don't need to calculate this on the side.

My first impression of this app, is that it's great. Fun, quick, property analyzer when you want to think about the nitty gritty details of a property. Obviously you need an accurate source, but for what this does, I find it really interesting and useful.

App is OK but ads are extremely intrusive - video ads every time you go to the next screen (4 video ads just to get results for one property.)
