Riyadh Metro

The project includes the implementation of 6 railway lines stretching 176 kilometers. It runs on electricity. The trains are operated without drivers. It is the largest project for the public transportation system in the world.

It is expected that the capacity of the project will reach 3.6 million passengers a day. After a few years from starting the project it will reach 1.16 million passengers in the beginning of the operation.
